I love Japanese cheesecake. This place has the best I've ever had. The texture and flavor is perfect. I can't praise it enough. It is not overly sweet like American cheesecake. The cream cheese flavor is present, and the texture is very moist and creamy, but not heavy or too rich. It's genuinely perfect. It does not need toppings to enjoy, but I do love pistachio topping sometimes, and the one they have is very good (it will add a lot of sweetness). The staff is also very kind and I'm thankful for their help and gratitude, especially Wasam (please correct me if the name is wrong). There was miscommunication with an order I placed and he helped me 2 days in a row to try and make it right and get everything settled. I only have one complaint. It is the infused cheesecakes. They are their normal cheesecakes that are sent out to someone to "infuse" the flavors into them. They are coated in flavorless colors, with a layer of creamy jam put inside the cut open cheesecakes. They are all filled with a chocolate layer. The sakura and matcha only had their respective flavors on the outer layer (see pic). Owner, I would really love if the bakery considers to make flavored cheesecakes in-house. Bake the flavors into the cheesecakes within your own business. It would be as simple as putting flavor extract into the batter (with optional dye) and baking as normal. This way, the entire cheesecake, in every bite, has the flavor it's advertised to be. It also would save the hassle of sending out your PERFECT cheesecakes to another place and waiting for them to return them. I am saying this as well-meaning feedback and I hope my suggestion will be considered. I will keep getting the normal Japanese cheesecakes you sell, but I hope to try truly flavored cheesecakes in the future at this wonderful café. Also, please update your store phone number and website as soon as possible. It's very difficult to find a working menu and contact information for those of us that don't use Instagram. : ) Thank you.

Listen… if you haven’t had Ojisan’s Japanese cheesecake, you’re truly playing yourself. This isn’t your heavy, knock-you-out kind of cheesecake—this is light, fluffy, and straight-up dreamy. I got mine topped with pistachio and lotus, and baby… chef’s kiss. It was giving elegance on a plate. Meanwhile, my husband had his with ruby (yes, that bougie berry chocolate) and strawberry, and it was straight-up romance in cheesecake form. I had to try his too and baby let me tell you...HEAVEN!! To wash it down, we grabbed the strawberry matcha and the peach lemonade—and let me tell you, these drinks weren’t just cute, they were delicious. The matcha had that earthy kick balanced with sweet strawberry, and the peach lemonade? Refreshing like a summer read on a front porch swing. And the atmosphere? Baby, the vibe was giving date night. Cozy, cute, and just the right amount of chic. You come here with your boo, and suddenly y’all feel like the main characters in a K-drama. Bottom line: Ojisan is serving softness, flavor, and a little bit of luxury in every bite. Consider me obsessed.

Well I wish it didn’t have to come down to this.I have been so excited to try this famous Japanese cheesecake since I was pregnant of my son 6months ago. It happen to be a craving of mine. I came to find out we had this place and its first day grand opening to try it out with my daughter and sister in law ; so I thought . Unfortunately the cashier girl told me they had ran out and I would have to wait an hr for the next batch. I wasn’t able to wait that long so sadly I left and said I will have to wait another day. Today I thought it was that day 😭 I was searching through DoorDash and seen that they had this restaurant my eyes lit up of joy 🥹 I ordered it!!!! Then “BAMMM” I get a notification 2 minutes later that my order was cancelled. I then tried calling to see if I can get information on when is a good time to get one but No One Answers The Phone! I Called 3xs! Still no Answer. Please put someone to do their job I need to know information. So far I just have not had any luck to even try these cakes. Crazy Sad. I wanna be Able to show my picture of this Jiggly Cake Too

This is my second review of this beautiful café, and honestly? Each visit is like discovering a new flavor of happiness! Every time I come back, I try something different, and every time DELICIOUS! This time, I brought along my friend and sister. We were so full from dinner that we didn’t even order a cheesecake, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying some fabulous drinks. Let me just say, these drinks were dreamy! Each one had its own vibe, and we ended up chatting away for a solid 2–3 hours, sipping and savoring every drop. This café just has that cozy magic that makes time disappear. The staff surprised us with a slice of their brand-new Ruby Chocolate Cheesecake on the house so we could give them feedback. And WOW—it was out of this world! I’m not even a big chocolate person, but this cheesecake was had a perfectly balanced sweetness, that melt-in-your-mouth texture, and a dazzling ruby hue that shimmered under the lights. It looked like a gem and tasted like one too. The staff here? So kind and accommodating! My sister forgot to ask for less ice in her drink (as she usually does), and they happily fixed it for her without hesitation. It’s little touches like that that keep me...
