**Updated from 2/25/2024ā All I have to say is RUN don't walk, RUN to another location. It is not worth spending your money here, you're going to walk out with kid-size portions at (increased) regular prices, bad attitudes and an unclean food line.
I told myself months ago I would NEVER go back to this location (check out review on google) for many reasons and today I went against my better judgement.
I came in for a veggie bowl, the young man who started my bowl was pleasant, the second employee in the food line and cashier Annalisse, not so much. When it was time to add my toppings I asked the young lady could she wipe off the counter before sliding my bowl down because I had a tortilla inside my bowl that was hanging over and I didn't want the excess waste from previous orders getting on my tortilla that I was about to consume. The counter was filthy!!!!! The second young lady on the food line who btw did not look properly groomed to even be serving food, mumbled something under her breath, rolled her eyes and shook her head-- I honestly didn't understand what the issue was as any other chipotle I've visited usually wipes down the food line after every other order or if it becomes too messy whichever comes first.
I continue letting her know what I want in my bowl (they had no pico), after she finishes I ask for red sauce which she didn't provide so when I got to the cashier I asked her for a side of red spicy sauce. The young lady handed me the container below (please see photo)-- I asked the cashier could she add more to the container, she rolled her eyes and filled a container with red sauce and roughly placed it back into my hands. As she was doing so I seen pico being handed off to the online order prep line, I proceed to ask for a side of pico to-go from the gentleman who was making online orders, the cashier Annalisse stops ringing out her customers and says to her co-worker ''what's wrong now'', the audacity to be so rude.
Chipotle corporate you all either need to shut this location down all together or clear out that staff and properly train a new group of folks, including the manger (she had red braids or locks) who was by the way walking around with EarPods in her ears.
Veggie bowls used to cost $6.50, they're now about $10, and the nerve of the staff to be so rude and tacky.
This store needs a total customer service training reset and a refresher on the food line cleanliness. It's absurd and the attitudes from their employees are so disgusting.
Original Review* Went here for lunch over the weekend. I ordered a veggie bowl with a tortilla inside the bowl, they were out of veggies, I get to the register to pay and she charges me 25 cents for the tortilla.
I asked the cashier Anna are you seriously going to charge me for the tortilla, she said yes thereās an extra charge itās only 25 cents, i told her the 25 cents wasnāt the issue. Iām getting a veggie bowl with no veggies, paying full price (I had no issue paying full price), but to charge me 25cents for the tortilla after Iām already missing items for which Iām already paying for isā¦. beyond.
Anna said, I get what youāre saying but we didnāt have any associates to come in and cook the veggies, itās not our fault.
Itās not the customers fault either Chipotle and your employees need to understand that. Every place is short staffed, but that doesnāt mean that you can use that as an excuse to not make a order right. As in donāt charge me for additional items if you donāt even have the items that go in my bowl Iām already paying for!
This location being short staffed had nothing to do with making a customer service decision to bypass charging me for a 25 cent tortilla for a veggie bowl that I had no veggies for.
Customer service is null an void in 2021... Train your people in customer service, theyāre missing that...

The staff was friendly when I arrived I even gave the lady a compliment who made my dish.Checkout was smooth⦠I returned to work as I was getting out of my new luxury vehicle the bag busted onto the floor. Remember Iām on my lunch break itās a commute for myself. I now have to drive back to the location I have no lunchā¦The food is all over my clothes & shoes & seat work receipt & floor. When I arrived back I showed the lady at the register the pictures and asked to speak with a manager.I clearly stated that accidents happen. I brought the food that was left back the someone told me ok you can throw that away ??? We can remake. The manager came up she said that she wouldnāt be able to assist me because she has to cut up vegetables. But another manager would assist me. GM comes out looks @ the picture like ok no big deal. I clearly stated I do understand that accidents happenā¦I asked him can he please come to look at the huge mess since he truly could care less. He didnāt want to come or even talk to me. He came out to my vehicle an seen the food all over the floor of my vehicle he asked me what you want me to do? Iām not cleaning that up.!!! I responded sir of course Iām not asking you to clean this up. Never suggested anything as such. I wanted you to see how it made such a big mess & how I will have to get the driver mat & seat detailed.I asked him if he would be able to provide me with contact information of Corp number or next business associate. He stated no they arenāt going to reimburse you to clean thatā¦. I donāt know what you did with that bag when you left???? Excuse me sir????? Are you really serious. So I have nothing better to do then to come up to Chipotle on my lunch break and claim that this happen. Maybe plastic I donāt know Iām just coming to grab lunch. He offered me a refund or remake? Never apologized Iām sorry that happen let me provide you with the 1-800 number let me give you something for your next visit. No ā¦he gave me his tail too kiss ā¦.but this is the GM??? Refuse to take any responsibility witch was totally unbelievable a wouldnāt make any customer comfortable happy or appreciated. He would have never reacted or spoke to any other professional woman customer in that manner..( perfect divest area) Gm told me @ the register there was a 1-800 number. I didnāt see the number anywhere⦠I asked the staff members she wasnāt aware of the number so she asked her GM did he have the number he totally ignored her. Then I asked him was he not going to give me the phone number and he ignored me & continue to stand there as his staff worked with his hands folded like heās the gate keeper. Yea I I recorded his behavior. I hadnāt experienced any situation that a person can clearly see what happen and blame a treat the customer like thatās your problem. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could rate ZERO STARS!!!!The manager on the night of 10/10/2021 SUCKS!!!!! Caucasian woman with dark hair. She has the nastiest demeanor. She does not greet customers when they walk in to pick up/place orders. Did not greet or welcome us ONCE. She has a very mean look on her face, does not say a word to customers or maybe itās just some sort of discrimination against people that donāt look like her but I felt very uncomfortable worst experience Iāve ever had with Chipotle. Has to be the worst shift lead or manager Iāve ever crossed paths. My girlfriend asked to use the bathroom at around 9:30 the employee that was standing up front gave her the code. I sat about 10-15 minutes waiting for her to come out because she was feeling ill. My gf finally comes out and as weāre walking out the manager grabs the employee that gave her the code to the restroom and started to point where I had just been sitting waiting, and over by the restroom as well as the drink machine. It honestly looked as if heād done something wrong by doing what I thought what just common courtesy. I also asked for a cup of water as well because she did not feel well, another employee gave me a cup. Even after I spoke with the employee that allowed me in the bathroom she never once came to say anything.Iām not sure if what they did was too nice for her or what but I certain will not be back to this location. For the area itās in I truly thought itād be a much better experience. I usually go to the 718 ponce de Leon location. Iād think as a manager sheās be more concerned or at least nicer but no. Definitely will not spend my hard earned...
