I came in looking for a fruit smoothie for breakfast and the girl behind the counter was way to aggressive with her sales. Wouldn’t let me look at the menu. When I told her what I was looking for she suggested something with a “vanilla base” I said I didn’t like vanilla and she said “you won’t be able to taste it” I got pineapple and mango and I tasted NOTHING but vanilla and chemicals (protein or aspartame). I had to wave my arms around to get them to take my money which was annoying. They had regulars that came in so I wasn’t important anymore by any means. I took one sip and then asked for my money back because it was terrible. All in all, they don’t know what the things they are making taste like and the service is what you expect from some...

The drinks are always awesome!! And Gina and the whole Decatur crew are always full of smiles and happy to see us! They make it part of their job to know not just what drinks we want but also a little about who we are as people. Like if my husband and I come in without our granddaughters..they are quick to ask how they are and why they aren't with us...lol...we love the products and the staff..that's why we keep...

High Point Coffee House... absolutely the best Coffee I have ever had...and I have traveled as far northwest as Anchorage Alaska and as far Southwest at Mexico City Mexico and all across United States...and I can truly say the best Coffee I ever had!!! And the Customer service is Excellent...they are located in Decatur Alabama!!!! Try it if your ever in Alabama!! You will...
