I did not visit this location just was near it and it popped up on my review board. I have not eaten chickfila in years and i refuse to do so ever since the ceo and founder of the company released statements on the news about it being a Christian environment, blacks and homosexual trash and anyone that doesnt believe in god and the christian ideals of home and family are not welcome as employees or customers, gays are not hired if at all possible and if they are they do not qualify for the marriage joint healthcare, life insurances and etc, or the companies wedding retreat program. They also have spent over $50 million in anti gay non profits and companies. This is a racist, homophobic and disgusting company and i will NEVER again eat here and i recommend to everyone out there to spread the word. After a record setting sales day last week, Chick-fil-A President and Chief Operating Officer Dan Cathy has realized that hatred and bigotry are extremely profitable in the United States. While hundreds of people stood in line to “celebrate” the Chick-fil-A Appreciation Day and show their support for Cathy’s anti-gay agenda, Cathy was already considering his next move. According to a senior level manager, Cathy is planning a marketing campaign around his next controversial and extremely profitable statement. Cathy considered many targets that would appeal to his primarily southern-based conservative customers before ultimately saying the following: “Let’s milk this for all its worth. Let’s wait until this gay thing dies down a little, then I will release another statement that says that we don’t like blacks either. Now, they’re protected by those stupid discrimination laws so we’ll need to be careful, but I think it will work. I mean hey, it’s not like it’s a lie. We’ll have another Chick-Fil-A Appreciation Day before you know it!”

God desires His children to lead pure lives of holiness. The Bible is clear in teaching on sexual sin including sex outside of marriage and homosexual acts. Neither heterosexual sex outside of marriage nor any homosexual act constitute an alternative lifestyle acceptable to God. While upholding God’s standard of holiness, FCA strongly affirms God’s love and redemptive power in the individual who chooses to follow Him. FCA’s desire is to encourage individuals to trust in Jesus and turn away from any impure lifestyle.

Read moreI should note at the start that my review applies to ALL Chick-fil-A restaurants, not just to the one on East Trinity Place. Quality of food has been uniformly excellent at all their restaurants I've visited (which includes dozens in metro Atlanta and a few others in Alabama, Florida, and elsewhere in Georgia), as was the service.
The basic Chick-fil-A sandwich might seem too plain at first, since it consists of only fried boneless chicken breast, plain bun, and pickle, but I suggest that you resist the urge to add anything (e.g., tomato, lettuce, mayo, &c.) until after you've taken a big bite or two of the sandwich as it is served. I generally prefer sandwiches with lots of tomato, pickle, and mayo, with a little lettuce, but NOT on the Chick-fil-A. I tasted my first one in 1967 (before the franchise explosion), and it was love at first bite!! If they've changed their seasonings recipe since then, I didn't notice, and it certainly didn't hurt the flavor of what I still regard as the best-tasting chicken sandwich anywhere!
For those who prefer lower-cholesterol items, the chargrilled chicken sandwich is also excellent, as are their salads and chicken salad sandwich. Also, their signature waffle-fried potatoes seemed to me to have much less oil in the finished product than do most french fries at other restaurants; they too are quite good. Though I've personally tasted only a couple of their dessert items, they were delicious, and comments from friends and family about other desserts and side dishes were uniformly good or better, especially for the coleslaw (which I eat only VERY rarely anywhere).
My only disappointment was on learning that they are never open on Sunday (because of the founder's religious belief, which I certainly respect, despite my all too frequent frustration because of it). I would personally be greater pleased if they...
Read moreFor quality assurance im all about cleanliness before COVID-19, (COVID) been around for a decade. For monitoring and training purposes the managers need to really stay on top of their employees when it comes to food handling. The the leading cause of food poisoning is improper hand cleaning. Well many restaurants are showing that they are using gloves. This is great but the question is how often are you changing them. Yesterday I didn't feel like arguing with anyone the lines were long and you barely could find a parking space to get out and come in. But I'm calling them today. I just thru away my meal and drinked the lemonade. The two young ladies at the window yesterday were of light and brown skinned both wearing ponytails and wearing a mask. I complimented the mask with tred lining grey worn by the light skin female. The other was of brown skinned wearing a plaid mask. The one with plaid mask was out of compliance to even have her phone in her hand as she is handling tops to put on top of drinks, handling condiments to put in food. This is where hidden pathogens come into play. The other young lady who was directly handling bags out of drive thru window was touching her phone looking at whatever was showing. I asked her to put condiments in a separate bag and to me this is common sense but majority of restaurants don't do and they aren't wearing gloves. So to management please observe your employees behavior with dirty electronic devices, messing with hair as well. While preparing and handling of food. In most cases I will conservatively confront the two young ladies or any employee directly without management to make sure they understand why it's so important to do.
