Five Guys — Restaurant in Deer Park

This Five Guys resto is the best! Really recommending this! The ambiance of the place is perfect and I love how the vibes really sets up my mood. It is very homey and peaceful. The place is also well organized, neat, clean, unique, tidy and bright. Really loving it here. I came here a few days ago with a friend of mine and we really did love our experience in here. The staff greeted us the first time we walked in and I can say that their service is phenomenal! Their staff are great, well trained, cooperative, patient, professional, kind and friendly. They would talk to you properly and assist you with your menu and with other things (finding a place to sit on, questions about the place itself, etc. Other than their great service and great ambiance, is their high quality foods. Their foods on the menu are really highlighted with delicious treats and goodies that would really satisfy your cravings. We ordered their multiple Cajun Fries, Large Bacon cheese burgers, and our favorite drinks to pair it with. Their burgers are literally the best burgers in lake county. I stopped in for dinner the other evening and my server Lex was beyond amazing awesomeness sauce! He noticed I wasn’t feeling well (I was feeling well) and immediately asked about my well-being. In reality, I just wanted to learn more about this young man. We talked for 20 minutes over a range of subjects from school, dating life, and hobbies. Lex was sympathetic about my wife’s passing 5 years ago and made me feel warm inside, a feeling I haven’t felt in a long time. His service fast, consistent, and impeccable. Frankly, the best I’ve seen in my years. I was impressed at this young man’s consistency and forearm stamina I’ve seen amongst young men. When lex wished me goodbye he gave me a good firm handshake, a wink, and well being wishes. This young man has serious potential and I hope he gets the pay raise he deserves. He was so impressing in his black pants, red shirt, brown eyes, and five guys hat. I look forward to seeing this young man more in the future. Wow! $40 for two bacon cheeseburgers and one large french fry order. The burgers were no different from McDonald's. Nothing special. The fries were good. But, jeez... $40?????? No wonder they don't put their prices on the online menu.

Also, they get you by calling their "single patty burger a "small". So, any rational person who thinks that a "small" burger is a kids sized burger is going to order a large. If so, you'll end up with a double-patty burger, not a regular single-patty burger like 99.9% of rational people expect. Its a gimmick.
