Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Deer Park

1STAR BECAUSE I CANT GIVE 0 STAR Went in for lunch with co workers, placed a 2pcs combo meal order and requested white meat, paid my money got my change and receipt and stepped to the side to await my order, lady comes from the back goes to the cashier then comes to me and says "there is a $1.00 up-charge for white meat", I say well ok that wasn't told to me by the cashier and I have already paid & been standing here waiting and since this isn't my fault I would appreciate my order being fulfilled as shown on my receipt in hand and at the price my receipt shows, to which she replies "NO YOU NEED TO PAY $1.00 MORE". So I reply well if if your not going to honor my order at the price I already paid then refund me, she walks to the register and returns my money to which I respond " wow that's really great customer service from you, what would your corporate office say if I called ? to which her response was complain to them all you want Im the shift supervisor !... So of course I leave and my coworkers walk out too without placing orders. great business policy to loose multiple customers...

I’ve never written one of these before, so take that for what you will. Went by today after work. They said it would be a 20 min wait for special chicken they have right now. Ok fine, I’ll get something else. I asked for a 3 piece, and asked for at least 1 breast. They said all they had was wings. Ok fine, not their fault. I ask if they have tenders. They do so I get an order that me and husband can share, w an extra biscuit and extra side for me. I get home and they forgot my biscuit. Now I’m annoyed. All I like about church’s is their biscuits and they repeated my order back to my 4 times. Their was no other customers and no one in line before me. Placed order at the drive thru. Ordered the 3 piece chicken combo. Paid for my order. Took a few minutes, but got my order....drove off back to work. Opened the order and it was totally wrong. It was chicken tenders? Drove back to this location and told the lady at the window that took my order it was wrong. She looked at it and asked me if I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo...I said yes, she then said that is not what I asked for?????? Huh....if that wasn't what I asked for, how did she know what I asked for? I asked for my money back....she gave it back. I asked for the manager....she said she was the manager....slambed the window in my face and turned around and walked off! Are you kidding me! I will NEVER go to this establishment again!
