ABSOLUTELY LOVEEEEE THEM!!! Kristin went above and beyond for my extremely large order (125 dozen cupcakes). Kristin was very attentive and communicated well! We did customer appreciation over a 2 week period. She came in early so we could pick up our daily orders to make it to our customers on time! Everyone was so impressed with the attention to detail on and in each cupcake! We ordered an assorted dozen for all of our orders! They had 18 different flavors to choose from and each box was different, just like we asked! If I could give the 1000 stars I absolutely would! This is for sure my go to for not only work but personal cupcakes from now on! My favorite is for sure the Carrot Cake. But ALL of the flavors were DELICIOUS!!! The chocolate chip cheesecake was a hard second in my book! The strawberry ALMOST taste like my Momma's ( best strawberry cake maker ever). Also, over the 2 week period I tried their Jalapeno Popper Chicken Salad for lunch one day and that too DID NOT DISAPPOINT! I am so grateful for Somethin' Sweet and Kristin for making our customer appreciation go so smoothly! They will for sure ALWAYS get my business when opportunity presents itself! I went there for the first time last week on Friday. I was the only customer there at the time. I asked the girl if she could recommend some cupcakes, she told me which were her favorite and I decided on 4. Later that night we decide to eat some of the cupcakes and Two of them had eggshell pieces in them. It was the German chocolate and the Italian cream cake. Luckily my 1yr old was asleep, if not she would've eaten some of this and that could've been dangerous. I couldn't let this go, so the next day I called and spoke to Cassidy. I honestly was a bit upset at her response when I told her my experience. I explained to her that I just wanted them to be aware that some of the batches had broken eggshell pieces. She just responded that "yes that happens because they crack fresh eggs". Really!??! That's an excuse?!! You're a professional shop not an amateur making this for the first time. Either way she said there was no one else above her there and that the owners would call me on Monday. She took my info, but I never got a call..... the cupcakes were good, but if this is a common thing because they use "fresh eggs", I'll take my business elsewhere. Sucks that I paid almost $14 for 2 cupcakes since the other 2...

I’ve been wanting to try this place and finally decided to give it a go. I tried the German chocolate, Oreo cheesecake, and lemon cupcakes.

The German chocolate and Oreo cheesecake cupcakes were SO dry and lacked flavor. If I was blind folded I dont know that I would have known they were chocolate, they were very bland in my opinion. The only redeeming quality was the frosting. I have no clue if they make the frosting in house, but it was really good. The actual cake was not, though.

The lemon cupcake was very moist and full of flavor, though!

Overall not impressed with the quality given the price point. Probably...
