Store manager Monica is extremely rude. Online ordering systems were not functioning as expected so my order was not processed. I arrived at the location and was asked to wait 10 minutes since the system did not push my order in as expected. I did and then was messaged a link to a tracker to monitor progress. I checked at the 10 minutes but the tracker was not showing anything passed order accepted so i went back to ask the status. I then was asked to wait another possible 10 to 15 minutes so I left and was back in 8 minutes. According to the tracker the order was still not ready so I waited in the parking area. I pulled up to pick up when the order tracker said ready. It was then I was given a different size drink than what I thought I ordered and tried to ask what could be done to fix the issue since I had already paid. That was misunderstood apparently so Monica came to the window and did not say or ask anything about what happened only started saying that since my order was ready on time and I left, they would be refusing to upgrade my drink to a 2 liter. Then she shut the window. I was pretty mad at the way she handled the situation so I went inside to 1st ask what she meant about on time because that was 100% wrong but she only insisted that the tracker was unreliable and they were not at liberty to help me come to any accommodation for my deink choice mistake. I asked what the price difference was for the drink since I wanted the 2 liter and Monica refused to help or even answer me. I asked her name and she would not respond. All she would tell me was she was the manager and was not required to identify herself. 🙄 I asked for a card or corporate number and she said there was nothing she could give. I asked for the number again and she started saying the number from memory. I asked for it to be written she was visibly angry, crumbling paper, writing something down. Then finally gave me a number that turned out wrong when I called. She is not fit to be a manager. She needs more training if they are planning on keeping her. Read morePulled into the drive through with 3 cars in front of me. After approx 10-15 minutes of no movement I thought maybe I should go inside but a car pulled in behind me so I was stuck. It took another 15 minutes before I got to the window to order. Total wait time in the drive thru line 30 minutes. The young lady opens the window and says sorry but we have no ready pizzas available and due to their on line business orders it will be an hour and a half before they would have any pizza available. I wasn't sure I understood her correctly... surely she didn't say an hour and a half. She reconfirmed yes and that she was sorry. I looked in my rear view mirror and felt sorry for the four cars behind me. Wasting time sitting in a line for dinner that wasn't gonna happen. So, I came home, got online and ordered a pizza from a competitor and they "delivered" me a pizza in 27 minutes. From ordering to home delivery in less time then I waited in their drive thru line to be told it would be an hour and a half for them to make a pizza. Read moreI ordered a pepperoni pizza and waited 15 minutes for it, the guy brought it to my truck, but it was burnt, and didn't have sauce or cheese on half the pizza, so I went inside and asked if I could trade it for another pizza, and the guy told me he would have to ask, like he wasn't aloud to fix the problem. Then he gave me the another pizza worst than the one I brought back, so I told him it was the same way, and he said I was wack, and didn't know what to tell me. He said it like he was trying to punk me or something like I was just gonna take the pizza because he said so. Then I asked for the manager who never came up front, and the guy said I was gonna have to wait for another pizza. Them kids don't care about customer service, or respect the place they work at. This place has really gone down hill. Also they took some cheese bread I took back last week and put it right back in the hot and ready trays.
