Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

February 2025 Update: I’ve lowered the star ratings, because every time I order a pie from this place, there is HARDLY cheese on it!!! I even PAY for EXTRA cheese, and it’s barely covered in a normal amount of cheese!! I also pay for sausage toppings -in this case - and can count less than ten pieces on the whole pie. It is SO cheap, it’s ridiculous. I’m eating a bread pie, sprinkled with sauce, a LIIIIITLE bit of cheese, but mostly bread. What Is The Deal?? Honestly it’s absolutely ridiculous. I’m paying for the pie AND the extra toppings. Just give them to me. People are nice, but not m not picking up people and taking them home. I’m picking up food and taking it home. I should receive quality product.

I’ve ordered from here about 8 times already People are cool, especially this one lady who’s Super sweet and outgoing and helpful, like super duper. I find they are cheap on their toppings. And it’s gotten more so over time. If I order sausage, it’s like so little bit there are slices without sausage on it. Cheese! Forget it. You have to order and pay for EXTRA cheese to get the NORMAL amount of cheese. That’s shat Bro. Now, if I order extra cheese then it’s a good tasting situation … except for this last time where the dough was like not fully cooked and so I had cheese AND doughy dough to contend with. We got to this store before 1130pm on Saturday night, they close at midnight. When we walked towards the store an employee locked the door & told us through the glass that the only way we could order was online. I said we’re here now, why can’t we just buy a pizza, he kept repeating himself. On our way back to our car a delivery driver told us the same thing. It’s ridiculous that these people make up their own rules to benefit their friends or coworkers when it’s clearly not right! We wanted a pizza to take home & watch the UFC title fight which was starting at midnight. We went to Papa John’s half a mile away & they assisted us with no issues or attitude! I’ll never give Dominos my business again because of this incident! Hopefully it gets dealt with but they’re definitely affecting business by making up their own rules when they feel like it! Very unprofessional & disgusting behavior towards customers who are just trying to buy food!!! I don’t understand the logic...

I normally wouldn’t write a review, however out of all the times I have ordered pizza for delivery this was by far the best experience. I ordered two pizzas, one was a medium with light cheese, extra sauce, and no garlic seasoning on the crust. The garlic seasoning was added by mistake by someone at this location. I was immediately called and asked if I would like a store credit or for them to remake the pizza due to the mistake. That went a long way to show that this location genuinely cared about making sure I got my order. I appreciated the call and chose the credit. Small, simple mistake but was made up for by a long shot considering they went out of their way to apologize and offer to remake it.
