Five Guys — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

I had my first Five Guys burger in Mount Laurel, NJ over a decade ago. I loved them so much I even worked at one about 6 years ago. This was the first time back in a while. I ordered my standard. Little cheese all the way, a hotdog with cheese, onion, pickle, mustard and tomato and, a regular fry. Needless to say, the fries are still the best. The hotdog and it's toppings were on point. I give an average three star review because the burger was a disappointment. Even from a customer stand point, the crust on the undercooked patty was non-existent. There wasn't enough smash on the meat to cook it evenly as the center was too pink for my liking and way too pink for the Five Guys standard. I'll be back again. With Covid-19 wrecking my beloved industry, it's going to take a lot more to steer me away from one of the best restaurant chains. Five Guys burgers and fries is still a solid go to all these...

I went to the five guys on Federal highway I'll wait online for 15 minutes while my order is ready for pickup and when I picked up my order was the wrong order and I was asking to speak to the manager I had to wait another 15-20 minutes to speak to the manager why the manager is working right from me and he did not knowledge me and when he saw my order they were like I cannot help you and knowing that customer service always right and I will not recommend anybody to go at that location cuz the manager will not be able to help you and went out to be able to make you satisfy at that location he didn't have no measure skills he had no manager experience and he said did not fit to be at that facility he had very poor customer service and as his team as well they have a poor customer...

Admittedly I rarely take the time to write a positive review, but felt the employees at this Five Guys location definitely deserve recognition. With it being so close to my work I find myself here quite often, and sometimes in a hurry. Not only can I always count on the team at Five Guys to have my online order ready, and correct, but I'm always greeted quickly and pleasantly. Beyond just doing their jobs, every employee I've ever had the pleasure of talking to ends up making laugh and really makes coming here for lunch easy and fun. I just wanted to take time to give credit where credit is do, other restaurants can learn a thing or two from this Five Guys Location! Great employees, Great management, and overall...
