Starbucks — Restaurant in Deerfield Beach

If this is the message the company wants to send the world, how is it possible that going to this store with MY own Starbucks cup to get an iced latte was such a nuisance for the employees? They were shocked that I was trying to reuse a perfectly good and clean cup from the previous day in order to reduce my footprint and waste, making me feel like I was doing something wrong and tossing away my cup. I asked for a refund when I encountered such behavior and I was offered a free drink and a $5 gift card that I refused to accept.

Plastic waste is already a big issue, but sadly that won’t change anytime soon when people is not willing to contribute a little...

Unfortunately this location has two poor mannered employees. I pulled up in a downpour and noticed one female employee very animated with her arms almost as though she wasn't pleased with me pulling up. She went into the back employee only area. A young man with a mustache came to ring me up as I asked for a NITRO vanilla sweet cream large. He pointed out large would be available for a Cold Brew. I said no ice, please no ice. A grande NITRO is just fine. And I literally repeated the word NITRO multiple times because this seems to be a common mix up. The young man rang me up and I tapped my card without inquiring about the different price. He happily brought a large cold brew out to me and I was clearly disappointed and told him that I repeated NITRO for a reason. But instead of making a correction he insisted on debating on what I ordered. Lesson learned that online ordering would have been a better chance of my drink not being...

So it’s Saint Paddy’s day and they had online you guys had a Frappuccino Matcha Crème Frappuccino and I showed the guy his name is Kevin and he gave me a little attitude he’s like what is that read it to me I said it’s a drink that’s out for Saint Paddy‘s day I know I saw they have it in a tea.
