FENG CHA DEL CITY — Restaurant in Del City

EDIT: business did claim to give me a refund after I left and they actually did. I can respect that they made it right that way, and I would be willing to give them another try with drinks I know well.

Went and tried the coconut latte and it was disgusting. I asked the employee before I ordered if she’s tried it and she told me it was really good so I took a leap of faith. However, at first sip I noticed the drink tasted spoiled. I understand that even if this wasn’t the case, obviously the drink was not consumable. We asked them politely if we could get a different drink and they told us no, that they’ve had several complaints about the drink (yet wouldn’t offer a different drink despite an obvious issue). Considering the cost of creation is likely 1/6 of what they charge, that blows my mind and comes off as the worst kind of customer service that exists. I cannot imagine being a nice person in the world, asking for a simple and easy righting of a wrong and then being the person that could care less...

Was excited to try this place because it’s close to home, and I love boba tea (specifically strawberry milk teas). I asked for a strawberry milk tea and was told they didn’t have that. That was a first, every place that serves boba tea has that on the menu or will make it.. apparently not this one. The cashier told me I could get something similar but it had to be blended… very strange I wasn’t able to have the same Ingredients without having it blended. She didn’t seem very eager to try and help me find alternate options or explain the menu further. Also, an employee was painting her nails at the table when I walked in… another...

My family loves boba tea so we decided to try Feng Cha thanks to a recommendation from a local. We all tried so many different drinks and desserts, and they were all delicious! Our favorite dessert was the Oreo Cheese, and the top favorite drinks that we tried were the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba, Matcha Breeze, and Mango Breeze. The staff is nice, and the interior looks very cute and clean. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely try to come back before...
