Waffle House — Restaurant in Del City

On Xmas bru smh 1. We order online .. never again. 2. We only get maybe half our order. 3. The food we got had pickles we thought it was a prank who eats eggs with pickles yuck yuck.4. I go back to just get what I was missing and no pickles with eggs and biscuits because that's revolting we did not see them but tasted them 1st and it made me throw up a little. They say we can remake ticket or refund I said I didn't want all that just make it right. 5. I sit and wait 25 minutes after being 20 to remake food o ask what's going on no one is asking if I have been helped but everyone around me. They tell me they been waiting on me to bring food back I said how when that was never said to me what the heck have me sitting for nothing on Xmas. 6 I ask for a refund she says since I ordered online they can not find my order to refund and that they will need to call me. In that moment I knew she was never going to call me.yall let me sit in ur face 25 minutes without telling me what u require. She then claimed the refund was already done and needed my number I confirmed it and she walked off then comes back opens drawer and hands me 60 cash with an attitude. I have worked in management went to school for business and I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication in this whole deal and the way I felt like they kept trying to make their problems my problem. I have placed a call in order twice at waffle house in del city off of tinker diagnol. The first time I placed my order the service was fast however the completely got my order wrong. Payed for extra hashbrowns that I never got, I requested them smothered and covered with they werent and my eggs were wrong. Today I placed a call in order again, letting the women on the phone know the last time I ordered my food wasn't right. I waited about 15 minutes and decided to go ahead and leave work to go pick it up. I get there and wait in line to pay, I get to the register and the lady tells me it isn't ready. I asked if I could go ahead and pay and the women told me no that I'd have to wait for the waitress who took the order to give her my ticket. I sat down and waited another 15 minutes before the women even noticed I was still waiting for my food. The girl asked the waitress if she had my order up and the waitress had then put my order in. She never placed it to be ready when I called or even when I got there. She took my payment and and again I waited. The lady handed me my food however I did not check it because now I was already in a hurry to return to work. I get to my job and sit down to eat and when I pulled my food out AGAIN my order was wrong. I recieved my all my food this time and the eggs were correct however I dont understand why my hashbrowns still werent right. I payed for cheese chili and onions on them and never received chili on them but instead with mushrooms....

I would give this negative stars if I could. Where do I even begin? My fiancée and I went here about 8:30-9:00 last night and should have walked right back out. There was only one clean table. It took 5 minutes for the waitress to get our order, despite there being maybe 5 other customers in there. To drink, I ordered Mr. Pibb and she ordered Coke. To eat, I ordeed the All Star Special with over hard eggs, chocolate chip waffle, hashrbowns, and white toast. My fiancée ordered the egg and sausage hashbrown bowl, but was not asked what kind of eggs she wanted. 10 minutes later, the waitress comes back and sets the Coke in front of me and the Mr. Pibb in front of my fiancée. She then goes back and continues very loudly talking amongst the other staff behind the counter. So loud, in fact, I had to lean in just to talk to my fiancée sitting right across from me. After waiting another 15 minutes, the waitress brings me my waffle and the side of bacon. Except there were no chocolate chips on it and the package of whipped butter spread was filthy. The bacon was cooked perfectly. 5 minutes after that, our waitress brought out her hashbrown bowl. And 5 minutes after that, I finally got the rest of my food. The toast and hashbrowns were cold, and the hashbrowns were even burnt. The eggs were still lukewarm but cooked properly. The waitress didn't even bring syrup to the table. For $28, I would not eat there ever again. Outright...
