Horrible, awful service. We ended up leaving my kids refused to order anything. We were standing there waiting for someone to just acknowledge us, we were the only ones there. No one said anything so I stood in front of the register for a few minutes, the older woman stood directly in front of me at the register, she was putting spoons in a container, and she didn’t say a word. I waited a few mins and said, excuse me, but do you have any Swedish fish?” She finally said something, “no we don’t, you’ll have to wait. I’m putting spoons in the container cause we run out if we don’t fill it up sometimes. You people come in here and think we don’t have anything else to.” I said, “well we can just leave and go someplace else then.” She said, “no you’re fine but you’ll have to wait.” Now I wasn’t in a hurry but I really should’ve walked out then but my kids wanted water ice and I didn’t want to look for another place. I asked for their allergy menu and she asked what I was allergic to. I told, “her egg was one and I wanted to make sure if your custard had egg.” She said, “well of course it does that’s what makes it taste good, all custard has egg.” I said, “no not all has it but some do that’s why I check.” At that point the younger girl came out and was trying to help but my kids her the other woman and how rude she was so they wanted to leave. I used to love coming here when the former owners ran it. But the new management doesn't seem to care, keep the place is clean, stock popular flavors, or even stick to their hours.

The last six times we have come here they have been out of black cherry, one of their best selling flavors. (So we leave witbout ordering anything else.) In addition when I have pulled up at 8:40 or 8:45 pm (15-20 min before closing) the open light is turned off, the kids working there have already locked the door and they're sweeping the floor. I have watched then hurriedly get out the door and drive away at the stroke of 9 p.m. that's just lazy and shows management isn't watching and doesn't care. It's certainly not squeaky clean like it used to be either. Too bad, they've lost longtime loyal customers...

Just left this location and will never go again. Would give one star done to our order, since the girl seen like she was being nice. We posted the pictures of what we received ask for two kids size Gelati, that had little to none custard. It's very dispointing when you are good, kimd and friendly customer and are giving bad service and get treated with like your stupid. And also order a kids size vanilla custard put it in a large container and then said to us "its your lucky day here's a large." This is why businesses close down and low business. That's why we posting this. So...
