We frequent this location and have for over 20 years. Tonight we had the pleasure of being served by Jessie. When she approached us at the table initially told her we already knew what we wanted. She seemed annoyed by that. Then she asked if we want appetizers or drinks and we told her we just wanted water no appetizers. Again this seemed to annoy her. My wife proceeded to order and had a question about the options of sides and with that the tone was set. We get through the ordering and ask for the usual bread and herbs. Now normally we ask for an additional dish of herbs so we don’t have to ask for and additional later. We happen to enjoy this . When Jessie’s manager brought the bread and herbs to the table it was a fraction of the herbs that normally is in one dish. I asked the manager about the far less than normal amount of herbs and he informed that this was a new policy due to customers and/or servers wasting product and it being left behind uneaten. I explained our passion and taste for the herbs and oil with the bread and he said we would simply have to ask the server to bring two dishes with herbs in order to have a sufficient amount to our taste. To make a point, two dishes with the amount of herbs they allow now as of the last week (said new Policy) was less than one portion we had become accustomed to for over 20 years at this location. Sad to see that this kind of penny smart dollar foolish mentality practice is in play. So for $10 I can get an entree to go that with market price Mahi-Mahi @ $25.99lb but a good pinch of herbs that likely have 0 impact on your unit food cost in comparison and I have to practically beg for extra. Really!!!! Moving on, so as we are coming close to finishing our meal Jessie comes to the table, not to ask if we need anything else or would like a refill on my water which was empty and not to ask if we would like to order deserts. Keep in mind my wife was still chewing her food and was not finished with her meal as of yet. I was finished with mine. And by the way we did finish off the bread and pittance of herbs and oil. Jessie came to the table to ask while my wife was still eating if we would like to pay “Right Now” while she is standing there? We looked at each other and just shook our heads in total amazement. I then asked her to take my phone number in order to enter it into the rewards system so we get credit for tonight’s visit. It was obvious Jessie was in a hurry to turn the table which in our case was a mistake. We always pay with a credit card but tip our server 22-25% cash. I had to ask for more water and when Jessie came to the table with a credit card processor in hand and stood over my wife as to pressure her to clear the tab then and now was tactless and rude. With that kind of attitude she Got a 15% tip on the card and we may not come back to this location again. Jessie could benefit from social cues and sensitivity training. Her fake smile pleasantries are great but her timing and bull in a China shop approach just sucks and is a total turn off. Our son lives near the Pompano location on Federal and 12th Street and they conduct themselves in far more professional and dignified manner. After more than 20 years of dining here your sudden portion shrinkage not only on your complimentary herbs but the fettuccine that I paid an UPCHARGE for and was not told the portions had been reduced in the last week and it seemed the Entree was a bit smaller as well without any notice. This will possibly be our last visit. Regretfully Submitted, Buck Schotta PS. I get a canned auto response from (OWNER) and the email address provided to share my experience directly with said owner was incorrect or not valid. Just another unprofessional example that this location needs someone to come in and fix some integral operations pieces before an implosion happens.

Last night, Carrabba’s catered my husband‘s 60th birthday party and did an amazing job. Thank you Tom for getting the food delivered on time perfectly and making sure everything was easy and ready to go. Working with Carrabba‘s all year as a partner at my high school I have found Tom and his staff to be absolutely amazing and always take care of us so well that I decided to use them at my home. Best decision I ever made, it made my life so much easier not having to cook food and be able to relax and enjoy dinner with our family and friends. The food is always delicious and my daughter said it was the best penne pasta she ever had and she is very picky. Thank you again Tom, for all you always do.

We haven't been to Carrabba's in years, but after this experience of food and service from our bartender Danielle, we'll be returning weekly, I hope! She was delightful and helpful from start to finish. We started with the Blackberry Sangria pitcher...so refreshing.. even my fiancé loved it, and he doesn't drink that type of stuff! We also shared the shrimp 🍤 scampi appetizer... the garlic toast with that is a game changer!!!! For our entree we shared the chicken 🐔 marsala with a side of angel hair pasta and it was absolutely delicious and enough to eat for both of us with the appetizer. We can't wait to return and also try out the happy hour.

I reached out to Carrabba's regarding this experience over a month ago because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and not have to leave this review but they have still not responded after me reaching out twice.

The service my family received on Father's Day at the Delray location was honestly horrific. I called ahead to make a reservation and was advised that we had a RESERVATION for 6pm. Upon arriving, the hostess stated that the wait time was 45min and that my reservation wasn't there. I called twice earlier to confirm what I was told to be a reservation for 6pm so I nicely asked the hostess to check as I confirmed it with employees prior. She ran away flustered and DID NOT COME BACK to the hostess stand for over FIFTEEN minutes. She intentionally avoided my family and kept rolling her eyes at us as if we did something extremely terrible to her. We ended up having to walk out because absolutely NO ONE attended to us. Mind you, the couple behind us who walked in and were not greeted also left. The hostess who was working around 6pm should not be there. The entire 15 minutes, she INTENTIONALLY avoided us and could be seen walking around the restaurant back and forth with her arms up in the air and doing NOTHING. She even walked behind the takeout stand pretending to be on the phone just to avoid the hostess stand and helping my family and others who were waiting to be seated. I saw her walk towards another employee mouthing what looked like "I quit". In the mean time, the hostess stand was left unattended and not a single other employee/manager came to help. It was truly HORRIBLE customer service and inexcusable. Not a single manager looked over to help either. Also, the restaurant was basically EMPTY and not busy at all. Our Father's Day was ruined and my whole family was so upset. Until this time, we have never had a bad experience at Carrabba's, the food may be good but it doesn’t make up for the bitter taste in my mouth after this encounter. The hostess was so rude, another man came over to TRY to get her attention as he was waiting even longer than us and the hostess proceeded to tell him SHE DIDN'T CARE about his bad mood and walked away refusing to help. If you have this kind of person as your hostess, this speaks volumes about how much service here has changed recently. I really am not one to leave bad reviews because I understand bad days happen to us all. But this treatment was really inexcusable and ruined our Father's Day, my dad was really upset because we loved Carrabba's up until then and hadn't had a bad experience but this one really changed it all around. Great food,...

My family enjoys Carrabba's Italian Grill And always been our dine in favorite. When my daughter got engaged in May, I wanted Carrabas to cater her engagement party on August 13. I called Carrabbas at the Linton location here in Delray Beach and spoke to Scott Earle about catering a party for 150-160 people. He was very accommodating and professional when we met to discuss what would be ideal for our guests and EVERYTHING was included for an amazing price. Each time I called to ask to make a small change, Mr. Earle always reassured me that it would not be a problem to make the change and he made me feel so comfortable with the whole arrangement. The day of the event Michael came right on time to set to set up, I did not have to do a thing! He was extremely proficient and attentive to detail when making sure all was perfect. Before leaving to bring back my receipt, Michael asked if there was anything else I needed. I asked if he would be able to supply us with more plates and Sternos. Upon returning with my extras and receipt, Michael handed me a gift for my daughter and said he overheard someone say they forgot the sign in book for the gift table. I was so taken back with emotion, how he not only made sure that we all was perfect before he left, but was so attentive with what was happening around him when setting up, and I would like to add, he bought the Tiffany Blue color which was the theme of the party. All of our guests raved how delicious everything was, and could not believe the endless amount of food we had, the Chicken Piccata was a huge hit! Our family cannot thank Scotte Earle and Michael enough for an absolutely perfect catering experience by giving us a little extra that went a long way and going above and beyond what you would expect from a catering hall. Kudos to Scott Earle and his team, you guys are awesome!!! I am extremely confident to highly recommend Carrabba's Catering to anyone who is planning a function.

Thank...
