So after standing online for 5 minutes which is understandable,it is Dunkin Donuts right? A nice old lady came in, stood next to me and then next thing you know the Indian lady behind the counter asks her" if you like your coffee now? the woman says yes but this gentleman has been standing here before me he's next. The lady behind the counter continue to make her coffee then reached out to collect payment for the coffee and the elderly lady once again said to her ma'am this gentleman is next I then chimed in are you serious you people don't see me standing here I then said to the elderly lady thank you for your consideration and your mutual respect have a great day ma'am and I turned around to the Indian folks behind the register and said it's people like you who make our country so unpleasant at certain times and it's sad. Then the manager tries to offer me something for free as if I need something for free, another level of disrespect. I walked away but I need people who read about establishments to see this and know that this is what these people are dealing with behind the counter there that we are supporting with our hard earned money it's a shame and this great country of ours is better than this and these type of people need to be removed. They should be sent back to where they come from that mentality, that's not what our country stands for,its not what me and my family serve in the military for, this is not it. No need to be on TV no video need to be posted but it's just a damn shame........smh...
Read moreI visited this location yesterday and ordered a cafe con leche. The individual who was serving me had to ask another employee what a cafe con leche (which is listed on the menu board) was. That employee proceeded to inform him that it was a latte in spanish. Really??? Not to mention that he appeared to have no customer service skills what so ever. This is just one of many examples of the inferior service experiences that I have experienced at Dunkin Donuts throughout South Florida. Why is it that the service at Starbucks is so superior to that of Dunkin Donuts?? I meen there is a huge difference. Time and time again I have dealt with staff at both places in multiple locations and it is very evident that Dunkin takes little pride in who they hire with comparison to Starbucks. Its worth paying a premium to deal with the Starbucks employees who take pride in there job and treat you like you matter. Not to mention that Starbucks environment is much nicer and cleaner most of the time. Dunkin needs...
Read moreCame through the drive thru on 01/30/24 at around 5:30PM. I asked for a small chamomile tea with three sugars. They told me to pull up, asked me to verify my order which was completely wrong, and then proceeded to tell me that they don't have chamomile. I then asked the girl working the window, "What other options do you have that are caffeine free?" She listed off a few & I asked, "Just making sure those options are caffeine-free, because I am pregnant and trying to steer away from caffeine." She proceeds to name the same list of teas while smacking her hands together out of pure impatience. I then pick a tea off of the list she gave me, but of course decide to make sure it is indeed caffeine free. After browsing the dunkin nutrition facts & app I realize I have of course been given a caffeinated tea. I just threw it in the trash. How hard is it to be mindful of others and of course to...
