Starbucks — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

I normally give my regular 🌟Bux 5star reviews however, this location is a bit uneven. I've had thoughtful barista and very rude ones as well. Drinks made to perfection and drinks I could have made better myself. The standard should be consistent. I've also been a gold member before some of these girls started sharing their "hacks" on tik tok. So I know a few things, like how I enjoy my drink made & where I can save money when I've EARNED the right to do so. Based on my girls in Florida & MI If I have 25🌟to use for +shots or doppio espresso mach w/2 Xtra shots & no foam(which is steamed milk) no I do not want a latte it's too much milk, btw the mngr. told me to order it that way because I'm a daily customer. I also purchase 3 bags of espresso a/wk for home, fund my twin teenagers $25 each weekly. I should not have to justify or explain how loyal I am, yet here we are, all because I am using a coupon or stars I've EARNED, or learned to save a few days so my drinks 3.50$ instead of $7.50 I love Starbucks coffee. I imagine many of us do not love being put on "blast" to get you tik tok views of you being dishonest. I'm not a "Karen" I don't expect anything but the same kindness and pride in making the most delicious drink on earth. ...

Usually I have a good experience at this Starbucks. But today was not good. I ordered one drink, thinking I’d get the 1/2 off in July promo deal. I pull up to the window and say I’d like to use the promo offer. The barista said that you have to order two drinks to do that (which is not true). He was very insistent that you have to order two drinks. So I pay over $7 and go. Looked at my app to check the promo details and I was right. I call the store manager and explained the situation. The only option she gave me was to drive all the way back to get my $3.50 back. I’d spend more in gas to drive there and back! I asked if she could send me a coupon or gift card through the mail. Nope. I could tell she didn’t care & she was not professional. She sounded like she hates her job. I was not pleased and will not be going back to this location. Coffee shop with lots of options as well as bakery items! This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations! All of the staff are SO friendly and always go above and beyond to make your day better. Even when they are busy!! The atmosphere is great to meet up with friends, get some work or homework done or even grab a coffee and read a book. My favorite drinks are the iced shaken espressos, you can’t go wrong with 4 shots of espresso. What I like about Starbucks versus other coffee shops is I personally like that their coffee tastes better and is stronger. Mobile ordering is my go to option most days, I place my order on the app about 5-10 minutes before I get there & it’s ready when I walk in....
