Arby's — Restaurant in Denton

Noticed the remodel but its not gonna make a difference for respectable folks that would like to dine in. I chose to have lunch there today and noticed before I walked in that the employees were standing around and another was sitting and on her phone. But my biggest complaint is the fact that the manager is utilizing the dinning area as a daycare. She had her kid ( boy ) sitting in the dinning area with paying customers and was moving around , making noises etc. Also it looks like she allowed her boyfriend or baby's daddy coming in and out the place. This is uneceptable. Arby's is not your daycare. I could go on about the parents or parent but this complaint is strictly for the business aspects. Arby's.... let's handle this please! As I will not be back because of these issues....

Ordered two meals. We had sandwiches with no cheese on it. Burnt and doughy mac and cheese balls. The Reuben was a Ralph. Angela, the 'manager' stated that it was our drivers responsibility to check if the order was right. The order came with a stapled bag, and I'm pretty sure that driver's are not suppose to open sandwiches and check. Matthew...a new 'manager' got on the phone and offered that we can come and pick up a side of cheese and sauce either today or tomorrow. Honestly, no resolution, no help. If we had a way there, we would have not paid for delivery. Crappy service all together. Arby's vs Temu pics shown.

I wish I could give no stars. My husband wanted Arby’s a few nights ago and I reluctantly agreed. I am already aware of Arby’s reputation as a sort of fast food laxative. I ordered the brisket sandwich, ate it, and went home to bed. Around 3 am I woke up with some of the worst gastrointestinal pain in my life! I birthed two babies and didn’t cry like I did that night. The next day the pain was still so severe that I decided to go to the emergency room believing that something was terribly wrong with me because at this point I wasn’t vomiting, just experiencing horrible pain and bloating. I won’t go into too many details but let just say the meat from my sandwich didn’t digest. So here I am three days later on medication and angrily awaiting the pain to subside. Please do...
