At first I got great service. The woman taking my order understood meat & bun and I thought all was well. When I was handed the bag I checked & glad I did cause it had cheese (yuk) so I went back through the drivethur since I had no clue about the 3rd window. The worst part was the male in the drive thur started arguing with me on how I placed my order basically blaming me for my wrong order. Then he and the manager were both on the drive thur speaker talking not very professional to me. I came to the 3rd window, where I was told I my correct order would be ready to go. I was handed a bag with fries and a straw. (Should have been a quarter pounder with meat & bun) I looked in the bag & asked what is this? She said your order. I said no ma'am this is fries and a straw not a meat & bun quarter pounder. She asked me a few times what happened and after that went so well I asked for a refund. She asked do you have your receipt? I went back to my car to get it and when I returned the manager asked me how she could help. I said by returning my money. I just wanna go home now. Twice i asked for a refund and had my recipe. The manager asked what sandwich was I needing and the cashier told her and the window slammed. I stood there stunned while the cashier ignored me too. I asked quite loud ma'am I want my money so I can go home. Then the manager opened the window and handed me 2 bags and said there ya go. I asked so you are refusing my refund? She ignored me and I took the address and time and got in my car and dialed corporate. This is my last trip to any McDonald's. This was horrible and disrespectful. I did this job when I was younger twice alone for McDonald's so I know how this job works but damn to be treated this way....There are plenty of other places to eat where the food taste SO MUCH BETTER! Read moreMy kids and I frequently eat at this McDonalds. The last 5 months worth of drive thru trips have been terrible, worse than normal. My order is wrong every time. Either cold tiny black burgers or cold fries that taste like they never change the fry oil. #Yikes Last night did it for me. I got through as normal EXCEPTING them to mess up. My kids and nieces a witness to every time and I tell them time again McDonald's is trash and their customer service is obsolete. They don't even put fries on my bundle that I asked for and that infant burger that was thrown in the microwave pissed me off for the last time. My son hates it cause I'm going to say something,they make it seem as if it's controversial when I just want what I ordered as I should. They ask me the pull to the third window and 6 minutes later ,there is no one behind us. I honked because it dont take that long to cook either fresh. We I got back there to tell the manager it was trash and I pay the difference for my fry that was left off and a chicken sandwich instead. The night manager said I HAD to take another infant burger and he wasn't getting me a chicken sandwich. I told him I can pay the difference Cool, he said No, I'll give you a refund and rolled his eyes at my son and I. I had to go home hungry and I got rewards with free food if nothing else. Maroon Shirt, said that was fresh. I had my son taste it before I turned around, cause he hates me returning food, and he agreed it was terrible. If he didn't what justification did he have not to serve me probably Free McChicken that I was willing to pay for his mistake. I was so hungry and puzzled. Then I couldnt wait to come make this post. It's nasty ,dried, cold, or missing something every time. Deny me another meal and I ask for you job because it was clearly uncalled for. Where is my damn McChicken sandwich. Thanks in Advance...
Read moreI used the app to order ahead, parked, completed payment and watched a good 20 cars drive through while the app closed my order as if it had been delivered. An employee parked next to me in the other available designated delivery slot and went inside to work. Deciding to follow up on my order, I went to the walk up window. There was a hand written note stating the window was closed. This was shortly after 9:00 pm on a Friday night. Since this is a drive through and walk up only location, I phoned the restaurant to enquire about my order. After ringing several times, it went to voicemail. I called again and was able to speak with someone. After verifying my order, she said it was being prepared and they would bring it right out. A few minutes later, food was delivered. While unpacking our food, we discovered my bacon Big Mac was missing bacon and wife's egg McMuffin was a sausage McMuffin. Not wanting to deal with local management as I was not going to return, I tried filing a complaint online but site gave me fits as it would not fill in complete date/time to allow finishing complaint. I can confidently say I'm through with this particular location and unsure of whether McDonald's wants honest feedback.
