Went last night to get a slice and a beer. We order and sit down to watch the Cubs and Indians. First, we had to clean the table ourselves. We had to sit at a table instead of a booth because we noticed that of the 8 booths there, two were taken and the other 6 still had dishes and garbage on them. We were there for about 90 minutes watching the game. During that time, none of the tables were cleaned, and when we went to clean up our trash, the trash can was full and there was food on the floor. My friend told the kid behind the counter, who just said, "okay", and continued to sit and be on his phone. Really wanted to see if any of this was going to be taken care of. A man came in and sat at a booth which he cleaned himself. Suddenly, there were a ton of customers. Booths still not cleared. We had to leave, so we didn't see when the trash was eventually cleared. but we were very disappointed by the dirtiness of this place and lack of regard for customers.
The best part? I called to speak to the manager today because he wasn't there last night. After being on hold for 6 minutes (it's lunch time... I understand), I begin to tell him about what's going on in his store when he's not there. He yells, "you know, it's lunch time and I have a line out the door! I don't have time for this!" And he hangs up! I mean, he could have asked me to call back. He could have asked for my number so he could call me back. But no. He hung up on me. Never. Ever....

I was notified by their corporate office after the second update was posted. They Offered information on why i never received a phone call and waited this long. To me they’re just excuses, either way they asked what I wanted. I didn’t really want anything of value at this point since it’s dragged out this long. Just wanted everyone to check their food before eating it. I don’t have to call the store and complain as they would have preferred I did. I would rather warn my fellow consumers out there!

I immediately emailed my information and NOBODY has bothered to return my email, or call me. Safe to assume they will not ever contact me, that’s fine. I’ll never go back and hopefully everyone will see the photo and check their cheesecake prior to eating🤢

Read moreWorst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could rate zero, i would. We called in an order for pizza, and the order was wrong. I took it back to the counter and asked them to fix their mistake. This is the second time this has happened. The employee was upset that i asked for them to fix my pizza, and was loud and rude. She continue to take the pizza behind to the cooks and was talking loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. I asked to speak to manager, he came out. She walked back out front, rolled her eyes, and started yelling at me. Telling me I was rude, and started yelling and pointing at me telling me I didnt know who she was. The assistant manager had to tug at her arm and tell her to go to the back, where she continued to talk crazy. I have never experienced customer service like this. She was rude, and continued to disrespect even to her superior. This is the second time this employee has been this irrate and show much ATTITUDE with paying customers.
