Fly in my soda and not much was done to make things correct!!
I went to Arby's and dined inside. I place my order and I took my food and to my table .I was enjoy my meal. I was almost finished with my soda. When I looked into my cup and I saw a dead fly. I took the cup to the gentleman that took my order. The lady behind the counter. Said she would give me a refill behind the counter or a refund for the soda. The rest of my food was discard because I was so grossed out by the fly and what else could be wrong. The employees never went to go check the machine or close it down due to contamination. There was a customer getting soda from the same machine that I got the soda from. When i gathered my things to leave the gentleman that took my order was diging in the cup i gave him that had the fly in it. What kind of business is this that has a total disregard to public safety? I still feel nauseous 🤢 from the food. I will never visit again especially with the same people running this establishment. I have been to this location many times over a 9 year period and now this! I feel this situation was not handled properly. I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow. I made several calls and nobody answered the phone. I was so upset I left this location...
Read moreMy family and I came to this Arby’s on 1/1/18 at 9:45. Keep in mind, that’s a whole 45 minutes before they close. We were very kind with the lady that took our order, and in return she was rude and gave us attitude. I asked if I could order a shake and she told me no because she had just finished cleaning the machine, which I guess is understandable, although it was practically an hour before they could close. Our food came quick but was very stale and cold. My mother finished eating before I did and went outside to her car. While she was out there she watched one of the employees go up to the door and lock her out. As the employee was walking away she was laughing about it to another employee. When my mother finally got her attention she came back to unlock the door and let her in. By that point I was almost done eating, and we left by 10:10pm. I called and the young lady quickly offered to fix the error only I had to drive there to pick it up.(Defeating the purpose of deliver but not their fault) Arrived at the location and everything was corrected. When I arrived back home to finally eat the food...... The Pork Rib Sandwich was fatally flawed! 🤢 The sandwich was first off TINY! It had 3 sad pieces of dried meat, 2 and 1 1/2 onion rings and an unnecessary amount of BBQ sauce on it possibly to hide the dryness of the meat ✅. I sadly wasted $8.31 which was also odd that the sandwich per the Door Dash receipt but the menu at the site listed it as $6.69 🤔....
