Belles & Boots — Restaurant in Denver

Was super excited about this place opening but a bit disappointed. The music is okay but as a previous bar manager, the bartenders pour weak, almost purposely. I went with about 12 friends and everyone was disappointed with not tasting any liquor in their drinks. It was my first drink of the night and tasted like straight tonic. Watching the bartenders from behind the bar, they almost seem like they have no direction and are not pleasing customers. From pour levels to customer service, they just don’t have it quite on point.

I actually had a good time at this establishment for the Denver game 7 playoffs and our waiter was great! But the next day, I checked my credit card and I had two extra charges so they charged me $44 of something I didn’t buy. I’ve called multiple times and was able to speak with the manager(?) and he kept telling me he was on it about getting my money refunded but it’s been a month now and still don’t see the refund… I know it’s not that hard to process a refund and feels a little scammy that I got additional charges on my card when I had a waiter and closed out with him so I’ll definitely not be coming back...

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Belles & Boots thanks to the incredible service from Mariah, our bartender for the night. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcome with her warm smile and friendly vibe.
