Chained Up Permanent Jewelry — Local services in Denver

2 stars because we like our jewelry. I paid $50 to hold 2 appointments & confirmed the day before with the owner, Cassie. When we showed up at 11:30 the Denver location was not open (they open at 10). Nobody called and told us about a delay due to a parade. Mind you, I made it there on time but the employees did not bc of said parade. When I called Cassie she said “I’m sorry but what do you want me to do? It’s the parade keeping them from getting in.” Customer service wise there’s plenty she could have done but she showed zero remorse and said she’d give me my money back or I could wait around for them to open. There’s lots of places with good jewelry & from now on I will choose one where the owner treats customers with more respect...

I have been getting perm. jewelry for awhile now from different places in Colorado and hands down Cassi is the best!

All of the pieces are so reasonably priced, and I have been to a few places where they break off within a few weeks. NOT HERE! She really takes her time (and she is so fun and sweet) to make sure it fits the way you want, and is secure. If you have trouble styling or deciding she has the best advice to give you the perfect stack!

I met Cassie at Erie Social Club and she put beautiful bracelets on me and my friend. Then last weekend we went to her local studio to get a "mama" bracelet for my niece as a Mother's Day gift. Her setup was so cute. She is patient and also helpful with suggestions for the indecisive!! Definitely recommend her.
