I’m very sad that I even have to write this review because while we were there, our experience was great. The food was good and it was a fun atmosphere. We put a card down to hold our tab and at the end of our visit, we put a different debit card down to pay for our tab. The waiter not only charged the full amount to the card we intended to pay with, but also charged the full amount PLUS assigned himself his own tip to the original card. When I attempted to call, their voicemail said we had to come in person to resolve any credit card disputes. We drove all the way back down there and were met with rudeness. When we asked to speak to the manager, Dylan Frantz, he was rude, dismissive, and told us he was too busy to deal with us. He told us there wasn’t anything he could do about any charges, despite the fact that we had been over charged by almost $200.00. It wasn’t until we demanded to speak to the waiter, that he gave us the time of day. When confronted, they had a “story” that it was an accident, despite a tip being assigned. It became clear that even if it was a mistake, neither one of them had any intention of fixing it without our insistence. I’m disgusted that they knew we had been charged twice and acted like we were to blame. I caution everyone to check their accounts when going to this bar - they attempt to steal and then completely ignore your...

Fun rooftop spot for pregame drinks or sunny-day hangs! This is a great place to pop into before a game or when the sun’s out. It can be a little tricky to find, enter through Hayter’s, show your ID, and head up the stairs on your left. Once you’re up top, you’ll find a shaded rooftop with misters to keep you cool and a laid-back vibe.

The menu offers a solid selection of Colorado beers, mixed drinks, and even a nice array of non-alcoholic options. I loved the Fire Island, refreshing and flavorful!

We grabbed some food while we were there. Unfortunately, my husband didn’t enjoy his burger, and the fries were underwhelming. They were also sold out of onion rings, which was disappointing. I went with the Philly quesadilla with steak and highly recommend subbing in cheddar cheese. It made for an amazingly ooey-gooey, cheesy treat inside a crispy tortilla. Too bad the server forgot to provide napkins!

A few things to be aware of:

There was an attendant in the bathroom, which we weren’t expecting.

People were walking around promoting online gambling apps, which added a different kind of energy to the place.

The crowd was mixed, and since it was pregame, there were more Yankees fans than Rockies fans that day.

All in all, it's a fun stop for rooftop views and drinks we'd definitely return with...

I use to frequent Tap 14, but I went last week with a date. We waited 15 minutes after we sat down. Multiple waitresses passed us server other customers. I got up to use the bathroom and I flagged a server/waitress. I asked kindly if we had a server where we sat, she said yes and she would send someone over. I returned from the bathroom and asked my date if anyone came? She said no. So we waited another 15 minutes, then I got up and went to the bar. The bartenders greeted me and I explained what happened, they took my drink order and apologized. I took the drinks back to our table and still no one showed up. We were going to order another round and order food, but we decided to go somewhere else. I felt bad, because I told my date how great this place was and how the food was great. We both liked supporting local craft beers, liquors, and food. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not return. So sad that my friends help build out this place. I sent a professional email addressing this issue and I got no response from you. I guess they don't care about loyal customers who brought 1000's of dollars to their business. Really...

This is the second time I’ve been here and it was a total accident. Since I’m not from Denver I googled rooftop patios and Tap Fourteen popped up with great reviews. It wasn’t until I got to the rooftop that I realized I had been here on another trip to Denver a year ago. There is an entrance ramp to the building making it ADA accessible. It’s the same, which is to say it’s great! This time I had food and arrived right at sunset before I headed to the airport. It was the perfect way to end my trip. We had first been greeted by Dante and given water, but we got another server after waiting 15 minutes and she brought us menus. We ordered the cheesy hayter tots, house salad with crispy chicken and a beer each. She checked on us throughout the meal, but I never got her name. This is a fantastic patio with string lights, picnic tables, high top tables, a DJ for happy hours and surround sound playing a mix of top 40 from different genres and decades. It’s a great time for couples, groups of friends, and networking events.

We tried two beers (waiter chose the first one on the list; I forgot the name) it was good and we enjoyed it. We ordered the nachos with pulled chicken. Huge portion but it’s cold. The chicken is cold and all the veggies piled on are chilled/cold; the cheese as well. No one wants cold nachos. We ordered Queso with chips. Queso is normally a while cheese dip with tomatoes, green chilis & maybe jalapeños with garlic & cayenne pepper (varies from place to place). I’ve never been served a small cup of melted cheddar cheese listed as Queso Dip. Either this restaurant is a little misleading or they have NO IDEA of how Queso Dip and Chips are made/serviced (usually comes with a small side of salsa). Needless to say we didn’t touch what he served as Queso Dip & Chips! It was nacho that’s served at the movie theatre.
