CAVA — Restaurant in Denver

I recently visited Cava, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant itself is clean and inviting, with a bright and modern atmosphere. The menu offers a great selection of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, all customizable to your liking. I opted for the build-your-own bowl, and the options were plentiful and fresh.

What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional service provided by Maria Rojas. Maria was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. She greeted me with a warm smile and patiently explained the different options, offering helpful suggestions. She was efficient in taking my order and ensured that everything was prepared perfectly. Throughout my meal, she checked in to make sure I was enjoying everything and if I needed anything else.

Maria's positive attitude and genuine care for the customers were truly remarkable. She went above and beyond to make sure I had a great dining experience. I think this location needs some time to get it together! I first tried Cava Friday and was really excited. When I tell you to always check your food before you leave any restaurant, always check and make sure it’s right and that you have everything. They completely forgot to give me the second part of my order. I had to go all the way back and get the other half of my order. They were very apologetic and nice, and made a new bowl for me which was appreciative.

I ordered it today through DoorDash and the portion for the money I paid for the bowl was absurd!!! Definitely not the same portion I got Friday. This should not have even been acceptable or delivered to me like this. They also forgot my dressing.

The only reason I gave this review 3 stars instead of 1 or 2 was because of the good customer service I received when I went back to get my other half of my order and the food is actually good.

This location really needs to get it together. If I decide to eat at this location again, I will go inside and get my food. If I don’t want to go in, I’ll visit the green valley location and hopefully they have it more together than the Central...

Great food, place just opened so still finding their footing. If you love veggie or veggie with a little meat this is your place. Different servers place different value on what you're supposed to get. A bowl night be half empty or overflowing depending on who makes it. Highly recommended to go inside and oversee what you're getting. Servers seem to be be happy to add more, but if you don't ask you often don't get (sad deal for drive through orders). I eat here about 4 days a week (since they opened) and other than the serious lack of food is you don't oversee your order I've never had an issue.

Drinks have no hfcs and are delicious.

Food is wonderful (super great for veggie lovers).

Service is good (lack of ability to tip may lead to under service). Only issue is some servers (about half) like to give absolute bare minimum of food.
