DISAPPOINTING!!!! I was so excited for this location, because it's closer to home, but after my experience last night, I'm extremely disappointed!!! Leaving a review after my 4th or 5th visit to a location, is usually my preferred method of reviewing, because not every visit is the same. This visit is proof!!! Had I left a review after free sticker day last week, it would be 5 stars across the board, but last night... the employees need to be talked to!!!! I ordered ahead, and when my husband and I arrived, it was busy! But what was irritating, is that 2 vehicles (assumed to be owned by friends of the employees) took up 4 spaces!!!! Especially in the mobile ordering spaces... when we walked up to the window, there were 2 girls ordering their drinks on the tablet, and then just put it back in the store... and when I received my Mudslide Mocha, it was half melted, chocolate syrup running down the outside, with the soft top globbed up in the middle. My husband's Blue Lagoon Fizz was made in such a hurry that it wasn't even stirred, and the fruit wasn't on top. When I asked about the soft top, and how messy my cup was, the girl just looked at me, and didn't even offer to make me a new one. THAT WAS A 10 DOLLAR DRINK!!!! As much as I love Dutch (even have a t-shirt!), this experience made me reconsider ever spending our money with them again.

Read moreI come here every day for my Christmas Morning I always do drive thru and the drive thru employees are always super super nice and really good at taking orders!!!!Today I decided to get down and order thru the window this guy too my order I said 2 LARGE CHRISTMAS MORNINGS.. this girl with short hair calls me for my drinks and I was like I said 2 large ones not 2 medium ones. She responded with a really bad attitude “well then.i have to reimburse for the medium and recharge for the large ones” o said ok. Then she tried to charge me for the large ones I was like am waiting for my reimbursement.. she said it was going to take couple days!!!! She wanted me to pay 2 times for their mistake!!!! I could repaid!! But why would I do that if it was their fault they had an attitude while they were taking orders!! Read moreI have been to many Dutch Bros locations and unfortunately this is the only one where the service is severely lacking. They forget my order every time I put in a pick up for the window and it ends up taking 15-20 minutes past the listed pick up time. I’ve even sat at the window in the drive through before to close to 10 minutes because for whatever reason my order got lost. This last time, I waited 15 minutes past my pick up time and the employees were rude when finally handing me my drinks that had been done and sitting there for 10 minutes. I’ve never received an apology from any employee for waiting - they never acknowledge it. Even as people who ordered after me get their drinks.
