Ricky Bobby said it best, if you ain’t first you’re last. It was go time for RiNo with the grand opening on September 10. Couldn’t be happier this opened as a new hot spot for Denverites. Just down the road from so many hot spots, gaming just became super adult sexy. With the Red Bull race car greeting you, you are bound to snap tons of photos and have a good time. Make reservations if you want your adrenaline fix with racing head to head or team racing. Prices vary depending on time and also type of racing. Starts at $22 per person with 30 or 45 minute racing. Otherwise, plenty of seating in the venue. The patio is perfect as our weather cools off. There is the Briefing Room available for private parties. Being this was grand opening, staff was excited and friendly but there will be hiccups. Some staff looked overwhelmed and confused. Our appetizers came after our entrees. Drinks were delivered faster than food. Occasionally, we waited a bit for service and water refills. Food is your typical bar offerings with exception of taco flights and oysters served in plate of three rather than ordering as many as you want. Loved the ahi tuna tacos. Fresh and perfectly rare for my happy belly. Oysters were served with fresh orchid petals and visually appealing. Also while they offer gluten free options, the fries are cross contaminated and offered limited options for substitutions. The cocktails are killer and pricey. I think most were $20-25 so pick your poison racing or drinking. Loved the She’s in the Lead and the Sparks Will Fly. Wish they were super sized because we drank those too fast. Definitely could be lights out if you drink too many! I was surprised they didn’t sell merchandise because it would round out your experience. Especially if you can’t make a Grand Prix race or visit an F1 Exhibition. Make sure you got your game face ready to go full throttle. Come for date nights, get togethers or happy hour with the team. You will not be disappointed because everyone can live out their dream of being a race car driver.

Not the best experience but I would be willing to give it another try. We came in and the woman who helped us was very nice. We did go in during the "peak pricing" window, however, I still believe $60 for two people and three races (which are maybe 5 minutes each) is outrageous. You are also forced by the simulator to do your races back to back so our experience was over in a matter of 15-20 minutes. We were told the seating was first come, first serve so we snagged the closest available table. Our server brought us waters and took our order, however, after we sat down at our simulators, another group came in, pushed our stuff that was on the table to the end, and sat in our seats. Since our simulator experience was already over, we decided to not make a big fuss and move to another table further away. Our drinks that we ordered were then brought to the table we were originally at, and the group that was there drank our drinks, probably with full awareness they were not theirs. The drinks are brought out by another person, who was not our server so I don't fault our server here, but it is a flawed system for that reason. At this point the drinks had taken about 30 minutes so we decided to find our server, cancel our order, and leave. After the server heard what had happened he was very eager to have us speak with his manager to make it right, which was very much appreciated. The manager, I believe his name was Jace, was very empathetic and helpful. He offered us our drinks to be remade for free which we did do, and some food for free but with how long the drinks took the first time we decided to decline. Overall, I think the experience itself is fun, but absurdly priced. I do understand this place has only been open a few weeks so there is still some ironing out to do with the service and its flaws. Not a great first experience whatsoever, however the managerial staff was very eager to make it right with us which will bring me back one day, I will definitely be going during non-peak hours though.

Competitive Simulation Racer Review: Good for what it's trying to be. Don't expect a full Fanatec Simulator setup. This is more akin to a Dave and Busters Mario Kart-like arcade racer with a Formula 1 skin on it. And for that, it is fantastic. The "simulators" themselves have issues. The AI is worse than the latest EA F1 2025 game. There are a couple random stutters and frame drops which break the flow during quick sectors. The motion chairs and more of a nuisance than a translation of what's happening to the car (make this a setting to turn off). Any difficulty less than Elite or Pro have very hard brake assistance that brake violence when they shouldn't (like turn 18 Suzuka, it brake checked and even down shifted me on semi-pro settings). The racing isn't even worth playing on any difficulty less than pro. Take my word and just start there. The cars are a bit too grippy. Hard to force an oversteer, however, for the general public that is a good thing. F1 cars are notoriously easy to spin, but I could barely force oversteer on Elite difficulty. I guess I was hoping for a spot I could time attack the quickest drivers around Denver with a weekly leaderboard akin to K1 Speed karting, but it's far more casual than that. Which is okay. Of course most people don't have an at home sim setup and the target audience here are F1 (or just racing) fans that want to have a couple drinks and lap with friends casually, and for that it nails it. Hopefully F1 can push some updates to really smooth out the experience. Drinks are a tad pricey and are about average quality. I did not try the food. Overall, I'll be bringing my friends here for an occasional cheap night out. It is the most convenient way to get wheel to wheel with the homies. Good job F1. Go Audi!

Lights out, and away you go - Formula 1 sims have finally arrived! even if you're not a fan of what seems to be every influencer's favorite sport these days, kids (7+) and adults alike will find joy in the F1 arcade. Think go-karting, but without the bodily harm and much sleeker digs.

Our little troupe of 3 decided to walk in, but if you've got a bigger group or are coming on a race day (which costs extra), it's best to make reservations if you're there to play. Keep in mind that pricing changes depending on if you're coming during off-peak or peak times. F1 Arcade functions much as a fancy sports bar when there's no Formula race, with football and other major league sports games being shown on their giant TV screens. Inside, everything is buzzy, moody and glamorous, with hot pink accents. If you're just there to eat and drink on a non-race day, seating is first come first serve.

The space inside is massive, lined with racing sims, but not all of these are functional yet and it seems like more features will gradually be rolled out over time. Seating arrangements are available from bar counter seating at either of their 2 gorgeous bars, small high tops, longer high top tables for groups, and banquette like booth seating. Everything is shiny and new for now and waiting to be broken in. Race-themed decor is everywhere, from the racecourse inspired neon lighting to the tire tracks extending from the walls to even the ceilings of the bathrooms. There are separate bathrooms for male, female, and all-inclusive patrons.

If you haven't been before, one of the employees will show you the basic functions of the racing sims. They apparently have more features coming, but what's available is more than enough for beginner racers. The computer automatically assigns each driver to a sim based on the order in which you log in, and then randomly assigns you a team car and racing circuit which was a little disappointing, but probably saves time on people arguing over which course/livery they want. The sims are really tricky to handle for newbies, but they do have racing lines to help you (hopefully) crash less. Before we knew it, we were sweating and heartbeats were racing, and our 3 races were up. To train your reflexes, there's a cool React game along the wall that you can practice with.

Servers keep track of where you're sitting and your food will be safe while you race. Cocktails were all F1 themed, with a nice mocktail selection for "Designated Drivers", and food was a nice sampling of elevated bar food like Chicken Tandoori Flatbread and Gochujang Cauliflower Wings. All nicely presented and decent, but definitely overpriced.

We all came away from this ready to race again in the future and this is a fun diversion if you have friends or family who love a good...

F1 Arcade Denver is one of the most exciting new additions to the RiNo neighborhood and easily one of the most fun entertainment venues in the city. From the moment you step inside, the energy is palpable. The space is sleek and modern, with bold design touches that immediately put you in the mood for racing. Everything feels polished and thoughtfully crafted, from the lighting and layout to the bar and seating areas.

The real star of the show is the racing experience itself. The simulators are world class, with incredible detail that makes you feel like you are truly behind the wheel of a Formula 1 car. The physics, the feedback, and the visuals combine to create something that feels both thrilling and authentic. Whether you are a die hard F1 fan or someone who has never watched a race, the experience is immersive, engaging, and just plain fun.

One of the things that sets F1 Arcade apart is how accessible it is. You can jump right in without any prior knowledge and still have a blast, but if you are competitive, the system allows you to push your skills and really test yourself. Races with friends bring out the best kind of rivalry, where laughter, cheering, and good natured competition fill the room. It is the perfect blend of high adrenaline excitement and social fun.

The food and drinks elevate the experience even more. The menu offers creative cocktails and quality bites that go far beyond typical arcade fare. It feels like a place where you could come just to eat and drink, but paired with the racing, it becomes a night out unlike anything else in Denver. The staff are attentive and welcoming, striking the right balance between professional and playful, which keeps the atmosphere buzzing.

Being located in RiNo only adds to the appeal. Surrounded by art, culture, and nightlife, F1 Arcade fits perfectly into the neighborhood’s creative spirit. It is an easy choice for date nights, group outings, or corporate events, and it feels destined to become a local hotspot.

F1 Arcade Denver is more than an arcade. It is a full throttle experience that combines the best of racing, dining, and nightlife into one unforgettable destination. It is fresh, innovative, and exhilarating, and it gives Denver something it has never had before. Anyone looking for a night out with a serious wow factor needs to put this place at the top...
