The NOW Massage RiNo — Local services in Denver

Decent massage but I didn’t love the facility/space. There are curtains dividing each room which automatically subtracting a star for that- i could hear someone coughing in the next stall over. I have a sensitive neck so when I flip over on my back I need some kind of neck support and they had nothing. No mask or anything to cover my eyes either which sucks when you’re trying to relax. The overall experience did not feel as luxurious, accommodating or peaceful as I prefer. I was also asked if I wanted to add any extras to my massage which I did and then did not receive them. I understand when a place is busy thing may not get communicated but seems a little turn and burn like. I also felt way too oily after my massage. I will try another location to see if they have actually rooms/walls because I have a gift card and hoping to have a...

I used to love this place but unfortunately it is too hit or miss. I used to have a really amazing masseuse here but he (Nick) recently left the NOW. After he left, I tried a different masseuse and unfortunately it was the worst massage I have had. It felt like she was just touching my skin and not even applying any pressure or even massaging me. I asked her to use more pressure but it didn’t get better. Additionally, I felt like she was not even massaging the proper spots (my muscles). Overall I was super disappointed in my last massage here - I have had unprofessional massages that were better than that. I’m upset I spent so much money on the service I received.

Wow. That was incredible. I was having a terrible day and what got me through it was knowing that the massage was at the end of my long day. It was my first professional massage, so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. The entire space is so beautiful. I didn't realize how much space there was in the back, it looks so tiny from the front. Nic was absolutely incredible and paid attention to my problem areas. He immediately made me feel comfortable and guided me through the process with ease. By the end of the 25 minutes, I was so relaxed that I had trouble speaking.
