So I have ordered many times from this location and every time they forget something or just out an out not give me all that I ordered. Usually I get a loaded baked potato an they always forget the load just give me a dry baked potato. So tonight I ordered the plank salmon with the comeback fries and Mac an cheese for my son. As well as 3 pieces of the $9 cheesecake with the toppings. There were no comeback fries of which I paid for. Nor is there any toppings for the 3 cheesecakes. Those were for different people and they were tossed into one container. Wow so like are we all suppose to like share the same fork too? So when my husband called to let them know of the missing items. They decided that our service doesn't warrant a credit let alone a conversation. And so instead hung up on him not once but another 2-3 tries. Is this how you guys run the business. Charging me for food that they don't give me is a really bad deal. And $9.00 for dry no toppings cheese cake. Wow I am becoming really disappointed with this place and will no longer be spending my money there. So tired of the lack of care for your customers or the product you let go out to the public. I work next to them so forgetting items isn't such a big deal when I can walk over to fix the issue but this was a dinner for my son an dessert for us all an not like I can jus walk over when it's evening an I am at home. Just terrible, and I think some training is in order for your staff. Both I. The food prep/serve as well as customer service training needs to be revisited.

Today our bartender decided to go tell her manager to come complain to us that it's "not allowed" to call in an order (so we can get within our lunch time) and sit at the bar. Her reasoning? Because it takes away from business. We have always done this, no one has ever told us differently, and WE PAID AT THE BAR AND THE TOGO. to top it all off, they only have 4 beers on tap out of 16. Are you kidding me? This is the worst customer service. How about offer us a table, or tell us the multiple other times we have come here. This is outrageous that we are paying customers and tipping TWICE and there's only 2 people at the bar. It's not busy at all. The brisket is super dry today as well. It's been a struggle getting her attention to do anything. We will think twice before coming for lunch again

People who came after us and was seated had their servers come immediately and they were taking care of their customers and checking on them frequently. Our server was least bothered. He couldn’t even get our order right. Apparently he had a book and pen but only God knows what he wrote on that!! He literally came to our table on 3 times. We had another lady bring us our check and told her to check us out. The food was ok. Loved the jalapeño sausages. The sauces were good. We couldn’t wait to leave. Definitely won’t be going there again.

The only good thing we experienced was because of the bartender. His customer service was good and he made some bomb drinks. We showed up around 4 o’clock there was probably five tables being used at the time. We walked in and waited for a table for what seemed to be an unreasonable amount of time for the lack of customers and over amount of staff help they had on hand. Three people wearing famous Dave shirts walked past us saw us waiting for a table and didn’t even give us a fellow hello or anything. I started walking around looking for someone to seat us then finally a girl comes over to us and says with an attitude “how many”... Not “welcome in” not “sorry for the wait” not even a hello just kind of a snooty vibe. The food was ok. The burnt ends weren’t very good, I really liked the pulled pork, the brisket was extremely fatty I couldn’t even eat it. Our server was not terrible but not very good either. We got our bill paid half cash half debit card and the tip we left in cash. Our bill was $92 because our service wasn’t very good I left a $10 tip that’s under 15%. A few days later we get a statement from the bank that notified us that the debit card we used had an additional five dollars charge to it that was not authorized. When you give poor customer service you don’t deserve a 15% tip. It’s not the servers decision to tip him self with our money. If you’re a server or a waitress you are not entitled to a 15% tip or a 20% tip where do you get the nerve to tip your self? I called the manager to tell Tim how displeased I was about the situation and how diss honest it was. The girl who answered the phone sounded like the same girl who sat us at our table. When I asked her if I could speak to the manager she says with the same snooty attitude that she had before when we were in “who’s this”… Ummm like it matters. If your a rude person that’s fine, but when you’re rude to your customers who spend money to pay your ridiculously over priced hourly wage that you don’t deserve in the first place you probably shouldn’t be rude to them. FYI if you’re going to remodel your walls white you should at least clean them. There is barbecue sauce all over the white walls in every booth. I’ll never come back to this famous...

First, let me say that I've worked in the service industry for 18 years and I don't usually complain about anything.

I've been going to Famous Dave's restaurants throughout the Denver area for over 10 years and have recommended them numerous times. However, this experience was bad enough that I felt it was necessary to say something.

I arrived with a couple co-workers for lunch today and we were initially seated at a booth. I noticed the roll of paper towels was soiled so I moved it to remove the dirty part and saw something crawl between the table and the wall. I looked underneath the table and saw a cockroach crawling underneath the table. I killed it but within 2 minutes found 2 more cockroaches crawling on the wall next to the booth. I notified the server and pointed out one that was still crawling on the wall. His response was "Oh, we're fumigating. You can move somewhere else if you want."

Not only is it irresponsible to open a restaurant and serve food knowing that you have cockroaches running around but the server's reaction was equally unacceptable. I wanted to walk out right away but we were already short on time and opted to move to a table against my better judgment. We ordered and the food was not good. The mashed potatoes and mac n cheese were both cold and didn't taste good.

No one stopped by the table to apologize or ask if we needed anything else. Not sure where the manager was or if there was even one on duty. The server comp'd our 3 sodas but that was it, still no apology. The staff acted like it was business as usual. I find it very disturbing that they seemed comfortable working with cockroaches running around the dining room.

I won't ever recommend this location again. I will also be reaching out to corporate and the health department. Not sure if I will ever eat at a Famous Dave's again after this experience....
