Soggy coffee pucks, slow service, they forgot my pastry, and I waited 10 minutes for my order and everyone else got their orders before me. My flat white was pretty terrible, I had to throw it away because it tasted so bad. It would be better service and taste if I went to a drive thru instead. The barista looked like they just got out of bed, with their hair messy and still wearing their nightgown and overall looked really unprofessional no matter what the coffee shop's theme was. The "croissant" was the worst excuse for a croissant I've ever seen. If you examine the structure of the bread, it's missing the layers and flakiness croissants should have. Read moreIt started out like a great experience, I even love the reusable glass jars but then after receiving my coffee the baristo told me that my dog had to be a service dog, which she is even though she is only 7 pounds she alerts me to my sugars and my seizures. I just don't have her vested 24/7 because she's always in my voice and control and by the ADA I don't have to. Next time the question should come from the person taking my order, it comes off as harassment when it comes at the end of the experience. Just because I don't look disabled doesn't mean I'm not. Read moreEverything about this place is 5 stars! The baked good are phenomenal- croissants and scones and loaves of bread- YES. The staff are also incredibly nice. Everyone is patient and engaging. I’m also a big fan of the jar program they have! Get your coffee to go in a jar and bring it back for a discount. I also reuse the jars at home. They have a decent sized patio in the back for more seating and the inside is full of plants and natural light....
