I have used this service for over a year and while the individual that came to my house was always pleasant and generally did a pretty good job, I have noticed a few different times that areas would be missed...ie. walk in closets not vacuumed, bathroom floor still dirty, toilet not cleaned. I called the owner Stefan about this after I had noticed it and he gave me a discount on that week's cleaning to make up for it. When it happened again and it was pretty obvious they had rushed through the cleaning, I called the owner again to let him know. Rather than make it right, he told me he wasn't making much money on my job because I apparently live too far away from the cleaners. He actually said he was doing me a favor by taking this job and admitted to me that he had told his crew to rush through the job since it wasn't making him much money. Meanwhile for the past 12+ months, I've been paying full price for mediocre cleaning. I really wish he would have told me from the beginning that it wasn't profitable for him to take this job rather than doing a shoddy job and still charging me. I’ve used a few different cleaning services before and none are quite like HHH. Starting from booking, it was so convenient to schedule a service online. The entire team was so responsive and I loved getting reminder notifications of when to expect the team.

Now the actual cleaning itself, we got a deep clean done and the team was so thorough. Mathew and Courtney were so kind and communicative and put our minds at ease. I had problems trying to clean the hard water stains on our shower and after they were done it looks brand new again!

My husband and I work from home so we had to bounce around Mathew and Courtney, but they were so understanding about it. They also so understanding with our pups barking at first, sniffing them, etc.

10/10 would recommend and will definitely be booking...

I have been a customer at hhh for over a year and Chris has been cleaning my home for almost the entire time. He left the company about a month ago and I don’t mind admitting that I panicked. He always did such a wonderful job and he was so nice to my 3 rescue dogs and often a foster dog, who are the 2nd most important thing in my life. But now Devony and another young lady have been here the last 2 times and have also done a wonderful job and are so sweet to my fur babies! It is so comforting to know that even if my favorite person leaves whoever takes his place will be amazing to. I am always completely happy with the service I receive from Healthy Happy Homes and definitely recommend...
