303 Boards is easily the best skate shop in Denver. Located on Colfax in the heart of the city and ready for you to head in any direction to go rip it up with your newly secured gear. The selection is huge; do not let the smallish storefront fool you. They will always have what you need (unless you’re some kook and you need wakeboard supplies or something) and the staff are always courteous and friendly and very knowledgeable in the field. They’re also great at giving back to and supporting the skate community that help them remain in business by holding events and sponsoring the skate scene within the city ANY chance they get. Oh, and the owners actually skateboard and have a passion for the sport and not just a passion for business and making money, which is an increasingly rarer thing to find these days from skate shops.

Every big city has two-three skate shops, and of those shops in each city, the true skaters there know which one is the “realest”; skaters the have been on the scene for decades that know the real from the fake and 303 Boards is by far the REALEST skate shop in the city of Denver. I want to say that this shop is dope. I’m happy that after getting back into skateboarding I found a place that I could support and immediately after first impressions I wanted more than what I came in there for. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It would be awesome to see a place like this expand but there just seems to be so much heritage and a story to be told the moment you walk in through the door.

I hope they can expand out to Colorado Springs as well since I plan to move out that way and would like to support them and their great designs and not to mention the people for years to come. Thankful for the experience and I look forward to coming back for shoes, clothes or maybe even a 10 inch board since I have been curious about...

This shop is the best in Denver. Period. I went in for a pair of skate shoes and the dudes in the shop were really friendly and helpful. They showed me a TON of shoes, as their selection is huge.

I bought a pair of skate shoes I really wanted but when I got home, I decided they were 1/2 size smaller than I would like.

I went in the next day and they happily exchanged them. They didn’t have the exact same pair in my size but they had an even doper pair that was more comfortable.

Every local shop should strive to be this good. You might find cheaper stuff online but you won’t get this experience.
