Displays were amazing. I had a order with some substitutes and it was made perfectly. Food was flavorful and prepared with care/ presented well. The service was great when ordering and receiving my food. They checked in on us at the perfect times and picked up plates, offered us boxes, refills etc. My partner has some of their baked goods and loved them. There is one star missing because of the “beignet”. I’m from New Orleans Louisiana so when I saw the word beignet I was more than excited. But upon trying them it makes me feel like the person who made them has never had a beignet. Like it look kinda right, smelled right but everything past that was a lost cause. Beignets are SUPER LIGHT and full of air pockets. There’s so many air pockets that it seems like it’s more air than actual dough. They are also about 4 inches by 4 inches. This “beignet” was small, thick and almost undercooked in consistency.

I thought the food was amazing here. I also ordered a mimosa, it was the smallest most expensive mimosa I’ve ever seen. I’m a big mimosa fan and I debated whether to complain. Maybe I’m from the south where you make a mimosa in a 12 oz. glass with mostly champagne and maybe 1-2 oz. OJ and I shouldn’t say anything. But then I decided to do anyways because like, champagne is low alcohol level and I’ve drank small mimosas before but they still typically follow the more champagne less OJ rule. The cashier told me that they use the normal oz. amount for like mixed drinks as the champagne, that’s not how you make a mimosa, not a good one. Even though I came off a bit, know it all-ie and demanding the cashier women obliged and gave me more champagne! Still not enough to make it a true mimosa but she was extremely polite and accommodating.

If you're only interested in a cute & somewhat trendy spot. This is it. But I had a essentially a $12, $9 Opera Torte w/$3 gratuity= 12 bucks down the drain. For a horribly plated, small dense DRY Cake. Not a peak time, workers were looking for things to do when arrived. Yet refilling the water, was not a priority. My biggest Complaint was the cake. Way overpriced, if you're going to Sell $9 cake. It should taste like $9 cake. Save yourself, go buy a Better slice at your local Safeway! No not joking. The people were pleasant & friendly. Based on my first visit. Might give them another try. But not for dessert. The ppl I was with, two orders were delivered wrong. So I don't think it's just me. I wanted to like this place. I enjoy trendy. But I also enjoy Quality. Olive & Finch does not deliver.

It's aight, namsayin? Like, you can get some astronaut spec, freeze-dried potatoes that don't have enough substance in them to still be warm by the time they hit the table next to your clammy eggs and Safeway budget-brand, EBT-grade, on-sale-cause-ain't-nobody-that-cheap bacon you just paid like $15 for.

Format is a little odd. Order at the counter, leave a tip for someone, I guess, for some reason, then choose your own adventure while you drink some half-baked, lukewarm $7 drink that should be really good, but you know... It kinda tastes like a Swiss Miss packet you found under the van seat, but it's aight, or whatevs... Anyways you'll have plenty of time to check out all the chotchies on the wall from that "My 1st Cafe Starter Kit" they got on sale at HomeGoods while you wait for the line at the self-bussing dish depository to die down so you can sort your recyclables and get on with your day.

It seemed like it should be really good from the photos and the reviews, but, you know, like I said, it's aight... If you're the demographic that loves your Subaru even though it breaks all the time and rides like a reusable grocery bag full of dog hair encrusted takeout containers, or if you're the kind of Golden Retriever-esque, young urban professional transplant who insists on taking your Tinder date up for skiing on a Sat at 8:30am so they can experience the good life of I-70 traffic and Ikonic underwhelm that they just never knew before you, this place will vibe so hard with the lack of personal assessment skills and mediocre standards your cultureless soul loves about this environment. But if you strive for a good experience that you'll come back for, you should probably spend your...

I have been to Olive & Finch several times. I also recommend it to ppl for breakfast or coffee. I frequent the Cherry Creek location more often. I stopped in today because I was nearby and wanted a coffee and pastry. I also had a zoom call. I’ve worked at the other location before so I thought I could stop in here for a couple of hours. The first counter person was super nice and helpful. The 2nd wasn’t - she seemed annoyed. I told her 3xs which tart I wanted and even pointed at it. I might not comment on her attitude if it wasn’t for the next interaction.

When I left I told the ppl behind the counter thank you on my way out. And the person closest to me asked me if I enjoyed my stay, needed anything else and if I would be returning tomorrow - as if to indicate that I’d been there too long. Very snarky. In the age we are in of virtual offices and meetings, I’m disappointed in the conjecture that this is not welcome. There is no sign indicating one must buy a meal to sit or that there is a time limit for patronage. I did purchase food and multiple coffees and left tips. I was there for a little over two hours. I refer a lot of visitors to Denver to this place and I will be removing it from my list of...

Was a little disoriented when I first went in because I was expecting a full service restaurant and obviously that's not what we had walked into. However, my confusion was immediately noticed and my choices were cheerfully explained....check out the menu, order and have a seat. She may have mentioned other things but by that time my full focus was on the exquisite array of pastries in the case and her voice became a distant blah blah blah. So we took our menus and went outside and grabbed a seat. My choice...the Luca...the Olive and Finch version of an Italian which was WONDERFUL. The meat was thinly sliced, flavorful, accompanied by olive tapenade, cheese and fresh greens; all perfectly proportioned to the fresh crisp baggett. My husband had the Bogata skillet...he was not happy because there were sweet potatoes in it and he doesn't like sweet potatoes. He said he didn't see sweet.potatos listed on the menu. I don't know and I didnt check. The seating is not the most comfortable...benches and backless stools out on the patio where we were...not sure about the inside. Seating and sweet potatoes are why my rating is 4 instead of 5 stars. I did not get any pastries...saving that for...
