McDonald's — Restaurant in Denver

My 15 yr old Daughter and I had just finished DOORDASHING. I would like you to know I am a considered TOP DASHER . I actually got an award for the whole month: I CAN DASH ANYTIME, ANYWHERE FOR THE WHOLE MONTH OF OCTOBER! 👍 I WOULD ALSO LIKE YOU TO KNOW MY DAUGHTER IS 15. SHE WAKES UP EARLY M- F FOR 🏫 SCHOOL.... NOT TO MENTION GOES TO " HER" MCDONALD'S AND GETS HER LG FATTENING DRINK, WITH ALL EXTRA STUFF, LOL. ALSO TAKING 2 COLLEGE CLASSES, GREAT KID. 😊 We live about 15 minutes away from the store. It is off Peoria and I/70. We live @ 56th and Tower road. My Daughter LOVES YOUR FRIES/ MCDONALD'S 🍟 FRIES. My Daughter likes to use her card; She says she gets points on her card. She feels so grown up. She is my youngest child. Last year JAYDIN had a STARBUCKS CARD. I talked her into MCDONALD'S 👍😉🍟. SO THIS YEAR SHE HAS A MCDONALD'S CARD. 10$ A DAY EVERY DAY SHE GOES TO SCHOOL. Her friend goes too now. 😊👍👍 So I wait in the car, with $10 in my gas tank. My phone is @ 3%. I waited in the car, I just sat there ... in car.... for about 15-17 minutes. Can't use phone, can't listen to music...So you already know those minutes ; felt like forever. Lol. We leave , just about to get on the highway; JAYDIN was like "OMG THERE A HAIR IN MY FRIES, NO, NO. Mommy, what should we do? Can we take them back.? " I was already flipping around. I said, "this time we are going through drive- thru." She said okay. Thank you. We got to DRIVE- THRU, I waited for the car to the left of me...until theyfinished ordering. Too tired to go in, I didn't want to put you on BLAST. So I kinda whispered, with my hands cupped around my mouth, I said " so we had just ordered a Large FF and 2 Hot n spicy chicken sandwiches. And there is ....a hair in the ff." He said " What size?" I said "a large." He said " Pull up to the window. I was like cool. I was also teaching my daughter how you get needs met. I just communicate. ..get your receipt ready, I pulled up to the 1st window. He never opened it and actually gave a slight look and continues taking on headset, doing something with the cash register... So I just pull up to #2 window. A few seconds she opens the window, and says " THE LG FF RIGHT?" I said " YES, IT IS." She turns around couple more seconds and says " OKAY LG. FF " and continues to turn around window closed and I was like what? Okay I was a little confused. I had not left the window yet. I was kinda surprised and baffled @ why would they handle a customer who is being very nice, courteous, and respectful. I knew you/McDonald's would take care of us. Nope, not @ this place. So I tapped on the window I say "Uh, is it cool if you could offer us 3 sodas... - she just stared @me. Her expression was like she was so busy w/orders, and we were gonna wait. I really did not know why she was having us park.? Ok. I think maybe AROUND, SIGHS AND SAYS " I WILL HAVE TO ASK YOU TO PULL UP TO THE MOBILE PICKUP ?" I say " okay". She says "#4". We pulled in and parked. Jaydin LG FF looked like 1/2 order. I was like, WOW! I apologize and say, " I do not want to really piss them off. Why though am I feeling and say SORRY? We waited 10, lady comes w/ 4 differ cars orders. I said excuse me, She said yes, walking towards the car, I say " we r waiting for 3 sodas" she interrupts says "oh yeah, we are getting yours. Wait 10 more min, I finally go in. Go to the front tap on counter , " excuse me" Mngr comes, I whisper ... She asked "what was the order, me: " 2 coke no ice, 1 sprite no ice. I wait, she returned w/an employee, he says " Mam, we already took it to your car. I said "well I just walked in the same door she used,..okay, thank you." Went out to my car, the employee was finishing the mobile cars, we were last. I say, wow . Driving out, then Jaydin says, they never listened to us, all...

One of the worst McDonalds ever! Always something wrong in the order and the kids at the window are always on their phones!

I have to repeat my order at the speaker multiple time cause it will be rang up wrong on the screen or the worker says back the wrong thing to me.

Multiple times, when I get to the pay window, the worker will be taking an order while on their phone. I’m lucky if I get eye contact .. with them saying the amount, I’ll say Apple Pay and then they just put the machine out the window. Wow thanks! No eye contact because they can’t look away from their phone or else, obviously that’s where their energy source to live comes from.

Not much of a difference at the next window. Majority of the time they don’t say hi or even ask if the next order items are yours. They will just start rushing stuff out the window to you. And shame on the customer if we are handed the wrong food/order or not keeping up. The worker will literally get upset and ask what you ordered. Then ask for the food/drinks you just had in your car (to hand back out to the next car) and rush your “correct” order back out to you. Sometimes because of their lack of attention if this happens, then you get told to go to the third window or park. Which I highly recommend just asking for your food and not pull forward or park. If you do pull forward, you will get to enjoy the place that much longer and watch the next 5 cars behind you leave with their order while you wait for yours.

Always check your bags! Cause a lot of the times I’m missing items or stuff is made wrong!

I try to avoid this McDonalds at all cost!

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s. I ordered a large Diet Coke, large fries and a regular McChicken via the mobile app. Checked in at the order windows and went through the drive-thru pick up window. The crew member gave me a medium coke and said thank you. I told her that my order was incomplete, I repeated to her what I ordered. She came back with small fries and a spicy McChicken. I told her that this is not my order. She got a manger/supervisor over and told her that this is not my order. I tried explaining that my order was for a large Coke, fries and a regular McChicken. She looked in the bag and said this is it. I tried telling her that this was not what I ordered. It’s the wrong size items and wrong sandwich. I kept repeating that it’s wasn’t what I ordered. Frustrated with the situation I left and drove off and went to another place to get food (this was probably what they wanted. In hindsight, I should have stayed and pulled up my order on the app and showed it to them until I got my order.

It’s very frustrating and upsetting. It’s not even about the food or the money. It’s the fact that they messed up the order, and I told them politely that this isn’t my order and a manger/supervisor came over and told me it’s the right order. When it’s not. Wrong size drink, wrong size fries, and wrong sandwich.

I don’t recommend going to this McDonald’s. This wasn’t a one off event. As you can see from other reviews.

Also, the Coke they gave me was regular Coke and not the Diet Coke that I ordered. Not...
