I visited this location today. I went into the lobby to make my order. I immediately noticed that there was a man standing right in front of the order pickup counter asking for assistance for completing an order on the kiosk and paying for it and he stated that the machine did not print a receipt. The manager completely ignored his request. I don't know if the man was telling the truth or not, but that would certainly pose a problem if you ordered and didn't have a printed receipt of your order.
Anyway, I completed my kiosk order and waited for the order to be served up. But unfortunately, the order was given to me without any of the sauces that I asked for on the kiosk. I only ordered ine hot mustard and for the chicken nuggets and when I looked into the togo bag my fries were thrown in the bag like they were thrown into the bag upside down and they were all over the place. Additionally, the filet o fish sandwich was over cooked almost like it was left in the fryer VAT for 3 minutes over its cooked timer time. It seemed that the shift was having efficiency problems around 12:30pm today.
Overall I give this customeer experience a 2-star rating because of being a witness to the customer that was asking for help and was being ignored by the staff and the food quality I received on...
Read moreI went in with 2 old twins one on each arm and a 3 year old walking with me. I approach the counter and asked if they had highchairs. The employee working looked at me and the asked another employee if had highchairs. They did but it was in playplace an area i was trying to avoid due to lack of time. I left the counter with no employees offering to get me any highchairs and walked back to the playplace. There was a guy sitting there that smelled like he hadn't taken a shower in 3 weeks and then in playplace another kinda shady guy powering up electronics. I then got two highchairs over and put one twin in and the other twin fell over and onto the floor due to the lousy cheap table design as indoor picnic benchs. She was okay after crying for a few minutes. Then i had go back and leave the playplace and order the food and then go back to the playplace wait till it was ready which took i felt much longer then it should. The employee then tried to yell from the counter to let me know it was ready instead of offering to bring to us so i had to leave again. Over all a very poor experience not to mention it seems like most McDonalds i'm going to recently in denver have a noticeable homeless problem. Will not be going back to...

When I explain this to the person at the drive-thru window they looked at me kind of like I was crazy and assumed I was just going to take it even though it was incorrect. So when I asked him to correct the order he got an attitude. Then he told me to go wait by the curb at the entrance door. So I pulled up and I waited for about 10 minutes and no one came out. Then I went back inside to the store and asked for the caramel frappe and to my astonishment the person who told me to wait by the curb had not even made the frappe yet and seemed to have forgotten it completely. I then asked another representative for the replacement frappe they half-assed it and it was full of ice chunks when I got it. Making it very difficult to drink through the straw. All in all it was a horrible experience and this is one of my least favorite McDonald's. If you would rather have a good experience there's an Arby's directly across the driveway. Their service is much better. And they actually treat you as if they appreciate...
