Love love love Ebony and the energy she brings to this space. She took the time to walk through the whole menu and what it all means, for myself/Mother in law & sister in law. It can be confusing and overwhelming at times when ordering at different spots & for her to take the time to explain was incredible. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, hilarious, and is a person who helps make you feel empowered. Her drinks are fantastic! Giving her what you typically like and she came up with new options for us to explore our likes and palates. Whenever we try to come back for that same experience with other baristas there, is not quite the same. Kind staff but most of their drinks can be unfortunately burnt tasting. Met a friend for lattes on a Saturday morning. Not too busy around 9am—Denver sleeps in yay!! This place is hip !! ( I over use this word but is there a better one?? ) It’s quite small; but it’s kinda a perfect bright white minimalist with a few zips of peach-pink and a very cool graphic designer is obviously employed. I like. I’m only giving it 4 stars bc it kinda took forever and I asked for my latte as hot as possible, which turns out is lukewarm. 🤷🏼‍♀️. My cooler than me friend told me that in order for a latte to taste so good ( which it DID taste SO effing good) it can’t be very hot. Is this TRUE?? Tell me.
