I don’t do reviews, but I felt that I needed to warn you. Don’t waste your time or money! Took my 88 YO mother to brunch. Thought we would pick a new restaurant for a different experience. Restaurant was small with limited seating but the waitress was able to put two tables together to seat the three in our party. There were less than 20 patrons in the restaurant, to include the outdoor seating. Ordered brunch cocktails, and they were tiny. We all ordered different versions of their eggs benedict. Food took over 30 minutes to get to our table, which was brought out by the busboy. When mine arrived ( smoked salmon benedict) it was buried in rough cut purple onions which I had to remove most of them. The presentation showed that there was no chef and at best a short order cook with very little experience in the kitchen. I cut into the poached eggs and they were hard. Not just a little overcooked, but almost hard boiled egg status. The whole dish was cold and the hollandaise sauce had broken. I took pictures and looked around for the waitress but she was nowhere to be found. Since we had waited 30 minutes for our food, had other plans for the day, and the other two people in my parties food was cooked properly, I proceeded to eat. I figured that the waitress would come by shortly. BOY WAS I WRONG! She never showed up. Not to see how are food was, not to see if we needed another drink, NOTHING! She was helping the other tables, but didn’t come to our table…until I was literally taking my last bite. She asked how our food was. I told her that it was terrible. She responded that she saw my plate when I first cut into it and that it looked bad. I couldn’t believe she said that. My girlfriend asked her why she didn’t do anything, and she literally responded that “she was scared”. I asked her if that is why she never came back to our table for our entire visit and she replies “yes”. She stated that she was going to go yell at the cook. She left and came back shortly thereafter with the bill, no further apology, no mention of speaking with the kitchen staff, and no comp for the poor quality food. She wouldn’t even come back to the table so I could pay, so I had to flag down another bus person to pay. It was an unbelievable experience in extremely poor, extremely poor, extremely poor customer service. I intentionally left an insulting tip (at least I hope it was insulting, because I know that I was insulted). I hope she got the point, and the restaurant owner reads this review so they know why their restaurant failed. Will never go back. Word of mouth is the best kind of karma.

We were excited to come here based on the menu and reviews. We tried to sit outside but there was a line out the door so we ordered food to go. Another guy and I waited for our food as we watched the frenzy. The servers needed to constantly open the to go boxes to figure out what was in each of them, even going so far as to dissect them with forks. “This one has sausage in it, did you order a sausage burrito?” they’d ask. This happened sometimes multiple times to the same order. After waiting 40 minutes our order was ready. Except for the potatoes, so they ordered those quickly and boom out they came. We sat at a table across the street hoping to enjoy the food quickly while it was hot. It wasn’t, and those potatoes were downright cold. The coffee was pretty mediocre, self-serve pump style. We considered our options. We were too hungry to not eat, so we ate the burrito and politely requested they take back the other sandwich and potatoes. The staff was as nice as they could be under the stressful circumstances and they did refund us for part of the meal. Unfortunately we’ll never come here again and wouldn’t recommend coming at a busy time. Maybe if it’s quiet you’d get good food and service, but there are better alternatives if it’s busy.

I had been to this restaurant years ago on a trip to Denver with my wife. And wanted to go back because it really is just such a beautiful spot. I was surprised because after sitting down I read some reviews that indicated the service and the food weren't that great. All I can say is I had an amazing time. It did take time for the food to get prepared and delivered but that's to be expected when you're making food from scratch. Any good restaurant that's really producing quality food takes time. The service was absolutely phenomenal. Amanda was my waitress and she was a dear heart constantly checking up on me and making sure that I had everything I needed and excellent service. I will be back and I think the people with low ratings need an ego check and some grace.

No “ON” just “OFF” The service is horrendous and the food is just average. The waiters are rude and don’t pay attention to their tables at all. Basic orders take 45 minutes to an hour to arrive when half the restaurant is sitting empty (which doesn’t make sense because the place is tiny). Dishes come out wrong and food quality/consistency isn’t checked by kitchen or waiters before being unceremoniously dumped in front of you. Nobody comes by to quality check your meals. When you need something (a straw, extra napkins, cutlery) you can’t get anyone’s attention. We’d try to wave and call out to passing staff but they’d walk by oblivious. The last time we were here we watched a couple at a nearby table get so annoyed they couldn’t flag someone down that they actually called the restaurant (while sitting at their table) and asked for their server. While somewhat amusing, it’s ultimately very disappointing to witness something like that happen, because it highlights the indifference and complete lack of customer service at this establishment. Based on the other one-star reviews, we’re clearly not the only ones who share this sentiment.

Our meals, when they finally arrived, were were barely warm and tasted “off”, so we didn’t finish them and didn’t bother taking the rest to-go. Such a waste. It seems like the only thing these guys are good at doing on time is bringing you the bill. Too bad, really, because my partner and I live a couple blocks away and have given this place a few chances, but each visit has been worse than the last. Not coming back again until it’s under new management/ownership and with a...
