To start theres no option for negitive ratings so had to go with one star. Im from out of state asked some locals of a place that is somewhat like moes or chipotle and they refered me to Qdobas so just went to try it friday for dinner and wasnt really bizzy. Never been there before an was just checking out the menu getting ready to order and they came off super rude asking me what do i wont even the person infront of me caught their additude. After getting the food wasnt really good the chicken and steak must of been cooked by a toddler in a easy bake oven or somthing. An the tacos must of been served with soup because it was just pouring out grease. Now i know its greasy food i love mexican food i know what to expect but it wasnt right and someone else even complained and they got no where with the staff so i didnt even try. Now I come from a family that is in the restaurant business with places in california las vegas florida new jersey new your city chicago which thats been in the family since the 1800s and still going strong. This place needs to be re evaluated by upper managment. Staff needs to be retrained. Also you would think they would be packed on friday night but now i know why at least this one is failing. You have to been stoned to eat at this place which looked like the only people that where in there. After meet up with some friends and they even said you should of asked them first they would of said your better off going to chipotle just down the street. Also before i wrote this i seen some positive reviews an some negitive but i hope somone either the owners sees this or their boss because the all around service was just bad. Worst $40 bucks i spent hope this help you on your...

I unexpectedly got "volunteered" to cover a shift at work. That didn't bother me as any extra money on my paycheck is always an added bonus. However, by the time I got off, the last thing on my mind was going home to cook -- anything. While pondering this culinary dilemma, I happened to spot a Qdoba Mexican restaurant just off Speer Blvd. Problem solved. As I walked in the young lady behind the counter gave me a cheerful hello and asked what I would like to eat. Since everything on the menu would have seemed a bit piggish on my part, I settled for a naked pulled pork burrito with brown rice, grilled veggies, sour cream habanero, cheese and quac. I will tell you that they didn't scrimp on the portion size, and I walked out with a bowl full of deliciousness. The pork was tender, the veggies were crisp, and the habanero added just the right amount of kick, and some chips added the perfect complement to my dinner. I must complement the servers and staff of Qdoba as they were very courteous and had an attitude that made me glad I stopped by. Can't quite put my finger on it, but you know when you enter an establishment the attitude makes or breaks your experience. In the case of Qdoba off Speer, the attitude and professionalism of the staff, ensured that I will making a return trip....

Placed a catering order. Went to pick-up and asked to look at order and verify that it was all there and correct. Was quickly reassured by the gentleman that I was talking to that he put it together and it was all there and right. As soon as I looked in the first bag, I could see that there were 20 soft tortillas and no hard taco shells. I pointed this out and he wanted to see the order on my phone to see that I had ordered such. Someone behind the counter quickly corrected the issue. Got to my customer and started putting the items out. I know there is an issue with the wire racks that you put items in to keep them hot but shorting me isn't the solution. They only gave me 2 racks and I had to put 3 trays of hot food on some cardboard on the table. The carnitas wasn't even 1/3 full and this was ordered as a side item and should have been much more. I do this for customers once or twice a month and know it wasn't right. The black beans were not sealed correctly and the juice from them was all over everything in that bag. I didn't spill it... This is the first, and last, time I will order from this Qdoba. I even tipped when I ordered the catering, I would like those $...

Since Covid I have been ordering lunch from Qdoba with some frequency. 9 times out of 10, the order has been incomplete and rather than send someone out with the rest of it, I have had to go pick it up (defeating the purpose of not taking time out of my work day and paying for delivery-- and no, the delivery fee was not refunded. They did give us "free meal" passes, but they looked used and I am not certain they would work). However, today, my order was actually pretty big, and had extra notes, and EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT. They got the order complete, they read the notes and adjusted quantities, and everything arrived quickly. I called to let the manager know that they did a great job... and have been on hold now for 36 minutes waiting for the manager and listening to the crew chat. Sigh... you were so close to a glowing review Qdoba... Kudos to your new staff who seems to be doing their job well finally, sorry I can't be equally impressed with the manager. I hung up after 36 minutes and no one picking up or checking the phone.

Normally this location has been excellent for pickup. We get nachos, burritos, sometimes a quesadilla or dessert. Today we got pick up and it was HORRIBLE. My nachos were missing BEANS and SALSA. In addition I paid for extra meat and didn't get it. My partners burrito also didn't have the rice requested. As I had been craving specifically this, it was incredibly disappointing and infuriating. What makes it so much more frustrating is they weren't even busy today, I try to give the benefit of the doubt but this is just too many mistakes for me. Well after a week of emailing customer service and including the case number given here I still have not heard back about this incident. I'm pretty annoyed by this. I went through the right channels, and yet nothing. Not even an email response that they won't do anything. This is such horrible customer service I can't even believe it. Worse than the food service I got from them, does the entire company only have incompetent employees?

This is the VERY FIRST Qdoba, although it wasn't called Qdoba then. It was called Zuma, then Z-Teca. Among my other reviews, I'm looking at a handful of fast-casual eateries that sprang up in Denver at roughly the same time. Qdoba now has over 700 restaurants, but it all started here in Denver. My impression is that this restaurant was founded by a couple of food guys who saw what was happening at Chipotle and did it their own way. Qdoba has become a worthy adversary. What do they have that Chipotle doesn't? Well, ground beef, for one thing. Also, fried tortilla shells for taco salads. Also, mango salsa and tortilla soup. At one point, Qdoba stopped charging for guacamole, except maybe they didn't really - I never quite grasped this concept, and I understand it caused some customer complaints. Stick with the taco salad with mango salsa, or the tortilla soup, and you'll do just fine.
