Ā Ā Ā Read moreFrom Atlanta visiting friends. A stunning interior. I have always loved bars that are libraries. The books arenāt for reading but the cocktails are for drinking. I asked their head bartender Kristine to make me 3 rounds of off menu, bartender made drinks. As Iāve travelled throughout the world, Iāve usually asked for this at nice cocktail lounges. Some may consider this to be a nightmare consumer but I like putting bartenders to the test. Usual cocktail menus bore me. Kristine met, exceeded and surpassed expectations. From the moment you step inside, you're transported to an atmosphere of understated elegance, perfect for a relaxed evening with good company. The company was, of course, excellent, but The Roosevelt itself provided a wonderful backdrop for conversation and connection. What truly sets The Roosevelt apart, however, is its playful secret. The discovery of the bathrooms tucked away behind unassuming bookshelf doors added a delightful sense of intrigue and fun to the evening. It's these little touches that elevate a good bar experience to a memorable one. If you're looking for a bar with tasty drinks, a sophisticated ambiance, and a touch of whimsy, The Roosevelt is definitely worth a visit. It's a gem in downtown Denver that I'm already looking forward to...
