Edit: I'll say it AGAIN for you.... Flawless Nail Bar is unprofessional, unreasonable and clearly doesnt pride themselves on customer service as they claim too. Please take your business elsewhere when looking for a nail salon. My recommendation is Fine Nails in Castle Rock. Ask for Yuna!

There's a reason this place ONLY has 25 reviews ladies and gentlemen. I am all for customer service and Flawless Nail Bar is not the place to be! I called them on Friday to see if they had any availability. I had a prior engagement at 5:30pm. I let the woman who answered know this. I also informed her that I was coming from Colorado Springs to Denver. Now take into account that that's an hour and a half drive. I told her I could be there between 3:30 and 4pm because I was accounting for traffic as well. She said okay and scheduled me for 3:30. I even called again to let them know what time my GPS was telling me I would make it which was 4pm. There was an accident that day on I-25. She says "I appreciate you calling to tell us, but I'm not sure how this would work because there's an appointment after you". First, is there only one nail tech working on a Friday? Secondly, I let you know beforehand what time I would be there before I even drove that way in which you agreed to take me and booked the appointment. That's just poor customer service. What would have happened if I hadn't called again and drove all that way? I also see that your responses to people who have given you bad ratings is unprofessional as well. But, thanks to the inconvenience I called Fine Nails in Castle Rock. They did an AMAAAAZING job! I've never experienced such a attentive and soothing mani/pedi before! So,...

It takes a lot for me to write a review of any business, but I felt this feedback needed to be shared. I have been going to flawless nails since I moved to Denver and never had an unpleasant experience. The place is super clean, the staff is amazing, very convenient location.

That being said, I had my nails done this weekend (dip powder which is $55–much more than I am used to paying being from NYC) and two chipped off within a day. I went back on Tuesday to get them fixed, and was told no one could fix my nail that night. It was 4pm and they close at 8pm. There were two people in there getting pedicures. I would have gladly waited to get my nails fixed, although it would’ve taken about five minutes to fix the chipped nails. They told me I could come back tomorrow, but I explained I couldn’t because I was leaving for a vacation. They told me I shouldn’t have expected them to leave a patron to fix my nails. Again, I would have waited for the pedicures to be done, and it was four hours from closing.

I wanted to leave this feedback as a way to improve because I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and have never been treated this rudely, especially not as a regular. I will not be going back. I left three stars because I’ve never had an unpleasant experience here before...
