As a seasoned connoisseur of the culinary arts, I recently had the opportunity to explore the offerings at this establishment. My experience was a blend of both highs and lows, each dish presenting its unique characteristics, though not all managed to leave a lasting impression. **Blood Orange Punch - 3/5** The Blood Orange Punch was visually appealing, with a vibrant hue that promised a refreshing experience. However, upon sipping, I found that the drink leaned heavily on the ice, diluting the expected intensity of the citrus flavors. While the drink itself was enjoyable, the disproportionate amount of ice overshadowed the taste, leaving me questioning its value for the price. **Habanero Pork Belly Benny - 4/5** The Habanero Pork Belly Benny arrived with an enticing aroma, hinting at the heat and savory delight within. The pork belly was well-prepared, offering a pleasing texture. However, the overall execution felt slightly underwhelming. The dish leaned towards dryness, and the flavors, though present, lacked the boldness I had anticipated. A touch more moisture and seasoning could elevate this dish to something truly remarkable. The portion size, unfortunately, was on the smaller side, which left me wanting more. **Juan’s Two Taco Breakfast - 3/5** Juan’s Two Taco Breakfast was, to put it simply, serviceable. The tacos were competently made, but they lacked the distinctive flair that would make them memorable. The flavors were adequate, but they didn’t captivate my palate in the way a well-crafted breakfast taco should. While they were not unpleasant, I wouldn’t find myself returning for this particular dish. **Signature Bacon - 5/5** The standout of the meal was, without a doubt, the Signature Bacon. Crispy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, it encapsulated everything one could desire from bacon. It was a simple pleasure done exceptionally well, deserving of its full marks. **Service and Timing** The service was commendable, with my order being delivered to the table within a swift 16 minutes. This efficiency is worth noting, as it contributed positively to the overall dining experience. In conclusion, while the meal had its moments of brilliance, particularly with the Signature Bacon, there were areas that fell short of the mark. The Blood Orange Punch and Habanero Pork Belly Benny had potential but were hindered by issues of balance and execution. The tacos, while adequate, failed to impress. This visit was a mixed bag, and while certain elements were enjoyable, it left me with a sense that there’s room for improvement.

Hello, today was my second time eating here... First time, the experience was great, we had a good time and a great server. I told my aunt about this place, and I wanted her to try it out. We arrived and the hostess was really nice as last time. Our server " D " Deprece, was also nice. She came to take our order, then she came to Drop off our drinks ( Iced tea without a spoon to stir the sugar ) so I couldn't drink it until our food was dropped off so I could ask for silverware. Our server never came back to check up on us until it was time to drop off the check; Which we could've paid right away but I wanted her to wait as long as we did for her to show up, so I kept the check until we were ready to leave. Food was delivered and as I said, we didn't have silverware, so we had to ask for it to another person. Then, when I finally saw her walking by, I asked for Cholula, she said yes, and never came back to our table, I had to stand up and grab it from their station. Then we had to ask to another server for water because "D" never came back to ask us if we needed anything else, BUT what about when it was time to pay the bill?!!!! She showed up immediately when I was starting to eat my "dessert" AND... even then, she didn't ask us if we needed something else. Her excuse was that she was busy BUT it wasn't busy at all, we saw her walking by all the time to serve another table, but she forgot about us. She apologized and she gave us a discount of almost 15 USD, BUT... I was already upset, SO to me... That didn't matter, and that's when she decided to ask us if we needed more iced tea or boxes after a while that we made her wait for us to pay and when she already knew that I was pissed. FOR THE RESTAURANT: You go to a restaurant to pay for a service, not to stand up and try to find what you need. You go there to try to have a good time, not to leave the place very upset. As a server myself, I really can understand certain things that could happen in a day. But this time, she just didn't care. Our food was lacking flavor, we needed a lot of salt to make it taste better. Our Bread Pudding French toast was delicious, I do recommend it! We had bad luck today, because we saw how the server in front of us was working and you could tell right away that she was amazing, always checking on her tables, and working hard, she was the blond and pretty server. She was really kind to give us water. I don't know if I'd come back to this location again.

This is my family's favorite brunch spot in the Denver-Metro. We've been Snooze fans for years - this location is closest to us and it's a little larger so there's more seating and finding parking is easier than other city locations! If you're not taking advantage of their online waitlist, you're doing it wrong! They have an awesome (and generous) loyalty program too. We've tried so many things on the menu -- most recently chiliquiles were offered as a seasonal special and they were SO GOOD. My kid got the breakfast burrito (someone in our group always gets the breakfast burrito) with her salsas and sour cream on the side, and my husband got the pork belly benedict. The pancakes are exceptional - the offerings change with the seasons. The vibe here is friendly and comfortable and fun, service is always great. Again, use the online waitlist to avoid long waits (45-55 min and up during prime brunch hours on the weekend)! Peruse the seasonal offerings but know that the standards are also great.

I finally visited the South Broadway location of Snooze this Thursday. It was a “quiet” morning by Snooze standards. The restaurant was still 70% full but that’s quiet for this popular breakfast house.

I had planned the day before to order the crab and asparagus omelet and I had it built up in my mind to the extent that I was afraid it could only disappoint. I was blissfully wrong. My first bite was so outrageously delicious that I stopped chewing, closed my eyes and just held it in my mouth. The omelet had ample crab, perfectly tender asparagus, creamy Swiss cheese, mushrooms, red onion and a cream-cheese hollandaise sauce that must be tasted to be believed.

Even the coffee was outrageously good. It reminded me of the brews I had in Costa Rica.

My server, Jade, asked my name and then used it repeatedly. She was professional and attentive while never being disruptive. I wanted for nothing - not a sip of coffee - not a drink of water - nothing.

The atmosphere is friendly, comfortable and bright. I even loved their silverware. Everything. If I have a gripe at all,it's the price. My total could have easily been a few dollars less - and probably should have been - but it’s tough to complain about the pricing of a restaurant that more often than not has a line out the front door.

Will I be back? Hell yes, I will be. Hold a seat at the breakfast bar for me, Jade. I’ll be seeing...
