Subway — Restaurant in Denver

I decided to try placing order online for pickup yo this subway, for the first time. And I am SO SOOO dissapointed!!! I ordered 3 sandwhiches for my kids & I, in which I ordered for Mayo to be put on all 3 of them. However, under the "special instructions"~ I VERY clearly wrote that on one of the sandwhiches (which I made sure to specify exActly which sandwhich) to be "easy/light on the mayo". But I only specified it for that one sandwhich to have that "special instruction" (which is the whole purpose they leave that section to begin with, right). And when I get my order & get home to eat it; the sandwhich I ordered with instruction to not put a ton of mayo- was literally soooo DRENCHED in mayo it looked like they squeezed the entire bottle on it!! Was messy, soggy, and gross!!!!! They liteally did not follow my instructions AT ALLLLL but instead did the total OPPOSITE and went absurdly HEAVY in the Mayo!!! Im so upset I couldnt even enjoy my sandwhich I payed for!!! And to make matters worse, they put NO mayo on one of the other sandwhiches AT ALL when I asked for mayo (checkmarked the box) for all 3 sandwhiches!! And they left it compleeeetely out of another!!!! Seriously; whoever manages this subway needs to be better with who they hire as employees!!! Because whoever made this tonight at around 5:00 pm is either completely INCOMPETENT , or, just hates their job and enjoys being a total as*hole to...

I would give this zero stars if possible. I get there 20 minutes before close which I feel is reasonable amount of time to make my 3 person order and still be done. I checked and made sure they were open until 9:30 on the sign and google and they are. I walk in with my sister and the lady Juanita I believe her name was is like you guys are lucky I was about to lock the doors. My response was your sign says you close at 9:30 and she responds with I don’t care what the sign says I close at 9:00. I was like uh what. She then proceeds to get an attitude when we order a sandwich and 2 salads... and then makes everything horribly to boot. Got this on video too. Then when we’re checking out we as to clarify what time the store closes and the lady loudly to where the other customers can here is like 9:00 I would have been closed when you got here but someone decided to sit in here. Like your sign says 9:30 and she’s like I have to catch the bus and don’t want to wait an hour for the next one. I sympathize with the bus system at night however I strongly feel being rude AND closing early is not acceptable for a business. Hard working and nice but did not wear a mask while making my food (Covid-19 pandemic), and I will never eat here again.

Worker did not wear a mask while making my sandwich and I had to throw it out. I think he was the owner. A woman who was not working at the time (presumably his wife) also entered as I left, and I think she also was not wearing a mask but I don't remember about her for sure. When I arrived the door was locked - the worker was going to take a lunch break but a child, presumably his kid - who was also not wearing a mask (though I think was eating some chips at the time), let me come in so he could make me a sandwich quick. That was really nice. Worker also mentioned he had been working a super long shift that day and really needed a break so could give him benefit of the doubt he may have been doing proper precautions all day earlier, but even if he was wearing a mask earlier in his shift, he was still around the prep table without a mask before his break and potentially infecting the food prep...
