( It's half chicKen FAT and what's "chicken" is rubbery and cold ! .and quite stingy with the portions , ...COME ON SWEET GREENS !!!?? you CAN do better !!!! I ordered a crispy rice bowl (comes with chicken automatically) and when I received it(had it delivered) there was NO chicken in it. Ok I said, I'll contact the store and let them know and see if I can get cost of the chicken refunded or the cost of the bowl refunded. They do Not have a direct line to the store. Instead you have an automated number you have to deal with. I waited 15 minutes for a reply after their quick auto response then tried "calling" them again. The second time, nothing. So I've emailed them and just recently got a texted reply from them. It took them over 30 minutes to finally reply back. If I could have talked to someone over the phone it would've taken less than 5 minutes and they still would have me...
Read moreOur office often orders and requests Sweet Green. It is healthy and delicious. However, the operations are ridiculous. Once you hit 'order' on line, there is literally no way to get in touch with a person in the restaurant. Three times now, their delivery partner has delivered not at all or to the wrong place. Despite various efforts to contact both Sweet Green or their delivery partner, I am stuck with no food AND a bill for $75 for 3 salads. This is the issue. Somewhere mistakes are happening and Sweet Green is not willing to help remedy the situation AND not willing to issue a refund.
