Got in a little after 8a, we’re a couple, no wait Server was nice ordered oj & decaf mocha caramel latte standard pulp free oj latte was delicious Ordered the 3 Pigs in a blanket for app 7/10, was cool came out quick Ordered the traditional waffle with strawberry syrup, 1 egg, & ham Waffle 7.9/10 waffle with the strawberry syrup was good but waffle was nothing to talk about Eggs & Ham 4.7/10 Didn’t give anything Ordered the traditional pancakes with maple peppered bacon and buttermilk syrup pancakes 7.5/10, if you don’t wanna go to IHOP, these pancakes will be a good alternative. They’re huge Buttermilk syrup was weird, not for me, used the regular syrup in the table maple peppered bacon 3/10 Not my cup of tea, not a fan of the pepper taste total cost: $60.59 (not including tip) Small table, so server ended up dropping the food when trying to play tetris on the table with placement. I wanted to be able to give this place more stars....but it was as 3 stars day..."just ok"... We ordered 2 different eggs benidict, I the award winning corned beef hash and my boyfriend the california benidict. I will say, the hash tasted good, but was luke warm...I liked the way the egg was cooked, but some people would not like the whites runny, and they were very runny. The eggs also seemed as if they were pre cooked eggs...as they were room temperature....one last thing....the hollandaise was so very thin and pretty flavorless. The california benidict had the same issues with the egg and this hollandaise...the issue it had separate was the string thin asparagus that did not have the woody bottoms cut off so the bottom 2" where inedible... We will go back to try other things on the menu is big and it was a tough choice to decide...I hope I can make a better review after we decide to try this place again. Front door staff and our server were very fast...

This location is new and wonderful. I’ve been a few times now and I am definitely noticing it getting busier as more people learn it’s here. The indoor seating is comfortable and the staff was great. I did notice that the our wait staff was still new to the menu, and didn’t know a few things about the dishes, but it was just fine and I was pleased with the service.

The food is great too! I’ve had the chicken and waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs benedict, pancakes, The Kitchen Sink, and an omelette. Each dish was delicious and they don’t take too long to prepare.

Parking can be a little bit of a challenge but it’s not too bad at all and nothing a regular city person can’t handle. I’m excited to see this location mature, but I hope the wait times don’t grow too long over time. Overall this is a great new location and I’m excited to see it join the...
