Aināt no way my first and last time here will be 5 stars. Visit was 10/18/24@6pm. Imagine driving into the city to hang with friends to being deliberately ignored. So first Iāll start by saying the tacos were good. But the appetizers not so much good. Ordered guac and you have to mash it up yourself and the flavor for it just wasnāt all the way there. Chips and salsa were okay.. Drinks were good. Now letās talk service. Our first server , she was okay.. a little overzealous at first but meant well. She had to leave early and a server with like blue or green hair came by and said she would help and well she never helped. She seemed annoyed with us, I guess we werenāt eating fast enough or ordering enough drinks and ended up sending the bartender to our table to serve for the remaining night, which he was AMAZING. I donāt remember his name but slim built with dark hair. Now WHOLE time we were there the manager goes to every patron in the restaurant to check on them and create small talk but NEVER ONCE ACKNOWLEDGED US OR CHECKED ON US. And when we looked around the restaurant we were the only Black people patronizing the place. Every one else was white or āwhite passingā. Now.. this could be a reach but is the manager racist?!?!Or discriminates against patrons that donāt fit the look of his ideal customer? He literally walked around to everyone and spoke. He was at a table right by ours talked about their nachos and laughed and we were sitting there thinking he may come by to us but never did but instead walked ALLL the way to the back where more people were sitting and chatted with them. He did this with every new customer that came in and never once with us. Hell he even doubled back on a few customers. Towards the end of the night, our new server who was the bartender was very friendly, very personable and thoughtful. He gave us drink recommendations and engaged well. I asked if the other guy was the manager, who eventually sat at the back of the bar on his laptop, to create a visual by this point we were the only people in the restaurant, and was told yes he was the manager and I asked if he liked to engage with his customers and was told yes, he likes to engage. So even with us being his ONLY customer at that time he still didnāt speak. Iād never returned here and honestly I found this place from an IG influencer post and wanted to support but Iāll never come back here. The manager is probably racist and the server staff hospitality leaves a-lot to be desired if 1:3 knows how to treat their customer and in general the food is a 6:10. Itās more of an ehhhh experience and not worth the drive into downtown for. And if you donāt fit the managers ideal look for a customer then Iād probably recommend you spend your hard earned...

I visited on April 19. Our initial server was very kind and welcoming, but once we were passed off to a Caucasian female bartender, the experience declined. We ordered ceviche that had rubbery shrimp with no flavor and did not touch it. Despite our polite feedback, she refused to remove it from the bill and handled the situation unprofessionally.
That afternoon, I accidentally left my credit card at the restaurant. I called the next day and was told it was there. I intended to return or have someone pick it up. I have now received a notification of a $110 fraudulent online charge. Although the charge did not occur at the restaurant, my card had only been out of my possession there for the past two weeks.
Between the poor service, disappointing food, and compromised card, I left with serious concerns about this establishment.

However, the facts are that I left my card at your restaurant on April 19, and it was confirmed to be in your possession the following day. As of now, it is still there. During this time, I was notified of a $110 fraudulent online charge.
While I cannot confirm where or how my card information was compromised, the timing and the fact that the card has remained solely in your custody is important context. I shared this not as an accusation, but as part of my overall experience and concern.

Sebastian tended to us at the bar he took excellent care of us! He was very kind and professional. The tacos was literally the BEST I've had in my life. Moist and packed with flavor! I absolutely love Mexican food and this place did not disappoint. Sebastian is an absolutely exceptional bartender. I had a lavender margarita š¹ it was PERFECT! And my sister had a drink with chamoy just as great! Sebastian truly did make our experience great! Also shout out to the chef that night, too!
If I lived here I would be a regular with all my friends! If your looking for amazing food and just as amazing service. Come here to eat and lol and ask...
