Over the weekend I lost my phone. Today I went into the store on 16th street mall in Denver, Colorado. I regret to say that I left the store in near tears and have never felt more disrespected. Upon entering I noticed there were 2 sales associates and 1 sales manager. The sales manager, Yulio, began to ask me why I was in. When I told him he looked uninterested and seemed like he did not know how to help me. All I needed was the pin that was associated with my account so that I could file an insurance claim. He proceeded to tell me there was no pin associated with my account and that I needed to call customer service or the insurance company directly. I then told him that I had tried to call from my work phone and was instructed to come into a store. I also pointed out that at this point, I did not have a phone to call them. He began to cut me off, roll his eyes, and refer to me as "Lady." I began to get upset because I had had to repeat myself several times and he kept giving me the same solution. I asked if he could file the claim here in the store and he told me that would not work. He began to get upset and yell at me telling me I was "rude, grumpy, and disrespectful." All the while he was rolling his eyes. If the situation was not bad enough, the other 2 sales associates began laughing at me and joking with other customers in the store. I asked if he would sell me a prepaid phone so that I could call customer service on my own, he would not. Then he began texting on his personal phone. That is when I left the store and drove to another Tmobile store where the sales associates were just a bit more polite. They were still talking amongst themselves about lip gloss while I researched a solution on one of their store computers. I have only been with Tmobile for 4 months and am so offended I do not even know where to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave you ever gone to a cell story (any company) and just had every question answered, problem solved and done so in an efficient and professional manner....
Nope, me neither.
Till I stumbled into T-Mobile 16 Street Mall Denver. I was on my way to AT&T or Verizon. But being a good shopper walked in to try buidling a comparison......
Enough babbling background?
Kendrick jumped to his feet and while i was a bit dismissive, explaining why T-Moble wasn't going to solve my problems, Kendrik listened and lined up solutions. Friendly, funny, and willing to just put a extra minute in to offer options.
Confession: Canceled 12 business lines and office internet ($1,500/month) from At&T and picked up core devices (guided by Kendrck) as a starting point. Out the door $60 - Monthly bill 150% = over a 90% Reduction in cost.
Took the home router and plugged in. Many don't know this but 100 mbps down/up is pretty fast. Mine, 150-180....Haven't even seen that in fiber to the door.
Finally, I did not like the off-brand phone i tried. My bad should have stuck with what I know
2 days later Snoopy (yep) took over while Kendrick was out, no hassle, no paperwork, no "you dropped it, in other words - no issues. Walked out with my Samsung happy as a lark.
Oddly enough, both the manager and general manager were there doing paperwork, and thanked them for their professional, informed, training, and accurate staff.
Do yourself a favor, fight traffice, go out on a hot day, deal with the Karen yelling at the wind, and stop by. Trust me, your problems will be solved, treated with kindness and you will find what customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBeware of employees going rogue at this store!! I walked in to this location on the first week of October because I was offered a promotion with customer support. After talking to one of the associates at this location he told me that I did not qualify for the promotion. I asked if he could please get support on the phone since they are the ones that promised me the promotion. Immediately after that the agent was extremely rude. Pacing back-and-forth, biting his nails and looked at me with despite. To be honest he made me feel very uncomfortable, the way he was answering me was extremely rude. When I asked for someone else to help me he went back and grabbed the manager. The manager approached me and made me feel like I was in the wrong when I did absolutely nothing wrong to these people. Shortly after my phone started to act up I was not receiving text messages and was having issues calling new phone numbers not in my contacts. After a week of dealing with this I went into another store and the manager was surprised that all my settings were OFF ( internal setting hat only agents have access to). Thank god I was not in an emergency and need to call emergency services!!! unfortunately I would have not been able to do that because of the employees at this location. I have talked to T-Mobile Support about this issue and the managers at this location without any response. Please everyone beware of this location, it is not right that someone would have the heart to cut off someoneās lifeline. Iām extremely...
