Terrible service. Waited 20 mins for a beer. The snotty bartender (dark haired and a beard with tattoos - he didnât give his name or introduce himself) ignored me and my 2 friends practically the entire hour we were there. We closed out and left due to his rudeness. It was also in a sketchy neighborhood next to a drive thru liquor store with homeless people begging for drugs and money out front. Itâs very disappointing that a bar claiming to support the LGBTQ+ community can be so un-inclusive to its paying customers and make them feel unwanted. Would not recommend wasting your time here. X Bar & Triangle were a WAY better vibe and had awesome staff.
*I will give a shout out tho to the door guy here, he was very friendly and made sure we were ok while we waited for our Uber since we kept getting approached by all the homeless people outside...
Read moreI do not usually write reviews but felt this was necessary due to the service me and my friends experienced at this bar. The second we walked into this bar the bartender with dark hair, a beard, and tattoos (I saw another review written about this same bartender) was being incredibly rude and snotty to us. Me and one of my friends only ordered one shot and my other friend only ordered two shots but he charged us all each for an extra shot. When we came to ask him about this and correct him he started to gaslight us and told us that we âdid order those amount of shotsâ when we didnât in a belittling manner. I have never experienced such horrible service at a bar and am disgusted with the bartenders behavior and will never return to this bar and would never recommend this bar to anyone. Itâs a shame because I was excited for this new...
Read moreI went here this evening as part of my checking out the local gay bars. Here's my first impression: Nobody greeted me when I entered the bar. Not the indifferent bartender. Not even an acquaintance I knew from gay men's group. A simple nod, wave or smile would have sufficed. I got nothing. The guy sitting next to me had his back turned to me the entire time I was there. No acknowledgement of my presence at all. I ordered a Coke (I don't drink) and the bartender said "Only Coke?" ONLY?!? Sounded a bit judgemental to me. The bartender and other patrons, including the acquaintance, continued to ignore me. I'm not demanding a conversation, just a simple acknowledgement of my presence. If this place were any less friendly, it would be a "rough trade" bar where the other patrons physically assault you. I'm...
