Tokyo Joe's - Cherry Creek Mall — Restaurant in Denver

No sense of urgency at all and huge lack of customer service. Ordered one sushi roll and a starter and took over 30 mins. Ended up leaving and getting a refund because I spent all my lunch waiting for nothing.

Especially dissatisfied and hugely disappointed when I work within the mall and sometimes have a shorter lunch break and waste most of it waiting for very basic, "fast", barley casual food. Pricing is definitely going up on lots of items.

Can see why they have such a high turnover and are always having a hiring sign. Extremely terrible, poor, management turns to horrid employees then turns into an extremely disappointing experience. Hopefully the mall will actually put in real restaurants in the food court and not places that are a joke like Tokyo Joes and close this place.

What I reccomend? Rather go to Panda Express at least they are consistent and have quick service.

If you have a hour or more to waste for horrid service, lack luster food. Definitely your spot to...

Blown away by the professionalism and kindness this team showed us today. In a time when good customer service seems to be lost, you would never have felt that here. We showed up close to closing not realizing it. They asked if we would be dinning in, which we did. The gentleman taking our order was very pleasant. As we were eating they were getting things picked up for closing. One of the gentlemen asked if we were drinking the raspberry tea. He said he would leave it out for us to top off our drink before we left. While eating, I watched them treat everyone with professionalism regardless of them being closed. Thank you to everyone who was there today. The food was also very good. My wife and I both enjoyed our food. It’s been a while since eating here, and we both can say we didn’t remember it being this good. Can’t wait to eat here more often as we have a restaurant right...

Not only is the staff beyond rude and nasty, gossiping about customers and the cashier young girl with brown hair working 10/22/17 at 5pm was getting smart with my mom because she’s hard of hearing. Aside from that, the food was a disgrace, salmon was dry I can barely bite into it. Sushi wasn’t fresh and had mostly rice barely anything in it. I asked for salad dressing the lady that gave us our tray asked why I didn’t get it with the rude cashier who didn’t bring up salad dressing. Food was overpriced and old. Even the cooks were making fun of people. The place and staff is trashy. The lady was sweeping up near my feet while I was eating also. This place needs to be shut down. I’ll be going through other measures due to my experience to make sure of it. “Alicia” don’t respond apologizing because based on other reviews you haven’t done...
