Tonight I ordered a small deep dish with 3 toppings, 8 piece barbecue wing, and a Greek salad. After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours we received the delivery, the pizza and wings heat wasn’t protected. The food cold, it was for me, my 12 year old granddaughter and my 1 year old grandson, I fixed our plates that was waiting on the delivery, my first couple bites the food was extremely cold and bread hard. I tried to eat it, however because the pizza & chicken was cold it also made them hard. I called Jets and asked for management, the call went down hill, the manager who I was told name was Sam, immediately got on the phone with me and stated “ I am not giving you a refund”! I attempted to explain I didn’t ask for a refund me and my family are hungry, I’m 3 minutes from the Jets location, the food should not be old and cold, I was put on hold without warning where I remained for 10 minutes idol, no one picked the call back up, I hung up and called back, however, they took the phone off the receiver and it stayed busy until they closed. I am so disappointed from the way I was treated, we order from jets, but this may have been my 3rd delivery! I never received a call back with any attempt to resolve the issue because this is now African Americans treat each other! I never wanted a refund! What I wanted was for the food to be eatable, I paid nearly $40 and was given scraps. Read moreI love Jets, but I had an unbelievably bad experience with the overall service of this location. Placed a delivery on the phone for a small deep dish with cheese and pepperoni, the man said it would be a 45 minute to an hour wait. Mind you this was on an average Tuesday night, I ended up waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. I called the store and asked what the status was of my order, the man asked "you had the small deep dish with pepperoni and extra cheese right? That just got sent out". I replied "I'm sorry but I didn't order extra cheese", to which he replied "Oh, never mind I read that wrong, it just says cheese". A few minutes later my pizza arrives and the receipt said extra cheese and I was charged for it. I call the store and speak with the manager who told me that taking the cheese off the credit card payment is too difficult to be worth it, he then preceded to rant about arbitrary events at his store, including mentioning that he hopes Donald Trump will get rid of credit cards. Got charged for extra cheese and was lied to about it over the phone so I wouldn't cancel my order, never got a refund, pizza was cold and not cut properly, and I had to deal with a complete wack job over the phone. Read moreHere we go... I ordered a pizza for delivery a little while ago and like with any other pizza establishment that offers delivery, they gave me a estimated time for the delivery. When the time came, I went to the lobby of my apartment and waited. No delivery person. I went to the front desk and asked them had the pizza delivery person already been here? I was told no, so I waited another 5 minutes or so. Still no one. It was freezing outside and something told me to go to the double doors and look outside. Why was the delivery guy just sitting in his car across the street "kicking it" with his homeboy? They were just chilling with my pie getting cold in the back seat! Only when the driver saw me standing in the doorway did he decide to move. What a sad story on customer service.
