So, let me start with: I love this place. Regular or large, the portions are well worth the price, most especially considering the quality of ingredients.

Secondly, I have celiac disease. This is one of the few places I have found that do not get me violently ill. The attention to detail is amazing and I’ve eaten here many times without getting sick. The menus are clearly labeled with allergens and I love it. Full of flavor and safe. Very clean very fresh.

I recommend going in person, over DoorDash or their app, !!!although the app does give you some goodies when you sign up, better than dd meals.

In person is just so much better. The staff is awesome, and they will give you exactly what you want. The flavors are fantastic and quite honestly the amount of allergen info is just a breath of fresh air. I am always hesitant to eat at a new place and I tried it a few months back and I’m so thrilled.

Sometimes the way I get a large or even regular bowl is so deliciously satisfying and filling, it is multiple meals for me. At first I avoided them, the price point seemed high. It’s seriously not. The amount you get and the quality of filling and fresh ingredients is so worth it’s insane.

I’ll tell anyone I can about this place. Their boba tea is great too.

I’ve been to this location of Poke Poke 3 times so far—my first time being the month it first opened. I have had only great experiences with all the employees serving me, they were always kind, polite, and helpful. The bowls taste great (I personally recommend The Fisherman and the California Crunch bowls.) However, I can only give this particular location 3 stars because of how the managers/owners treat their employees. Each time I have been at this location, I’ve heard and seen a manager or owner reprimand an employee for something very small, like not asking me or another customer a extra question about what we are ordering, portion size, etc. I could tell the employees were scared and wary because of how they flinched and avoided eye contact with the manager/owner. Absolutely disgraceful. Despite the quality of the food and the kind attentiveness of the employees, I am totally disappointed by how cruel the managers/owners seem to be. If I see this again I will speak up, and I suggest any other customer does the same, as it seems the management couldn’t care less about yelling at their employees in front...

I just walked into the location on Woodward for the first time , before I ordered I Had the pleasure of being mocked by an employee who claimed to be the manager before I was even able to place my order. The food was mediocre, maybe I could have enjoyed it more if I wasn’t insulted by an employee.

This was terrible service .After working in the foodservice industry for over 10 years I learned that If you have a problem with a patrons accent or tone of voice you keep that to yourself, and you respectfully ask for them to repeat themselves. You do not make jokes, and humiliate someone you’ve never met.
